Update - they are still the best practice ! Best practice I’ve found in Austin. Can’t recommend them enough. Been in Austin for a number of years and until I found Buckingham Dental, never had a good experience. I have referred multiple co workers and friends and they all say the same!

I’ve been going to see Dr. Buckingham for almost 7 years now and have never had anything except a great experience. His office staff as well as hygienist team are fantastic! Anytime I get asked for a recommendation, I have no hesitation to share his name.

Dr Buckingham answered all of my questions and got me in the next day. Very personable. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dr Buckingham has been my dentist for the past three years. I find his dental care excellent, and the choices he offers carefully developed. Additionally he is fun to work with, having a great chair side manor, and a good sense of humor (he laughs at my jokes….). I recommend this practice.

Best dentist out there. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.

I’m a HAAM member and have needed quite a lot of work. as someone who’s very apprehensive about seeing the dentist. Buckingham has been the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office! His staff is both experienced and calming, Buckingham has done a tremendous amount for both my smile and my confidence to walk into a dental office.

I love the people at Buckingham Dental. Each time I go, and I’ve gone for years now, I’m met with friendly people who really take the time to ensure my experience is pleasant. Dr. Buckingham is experienced and puts you at ease. He’s also very personable and friendly and keeps his Duolingo streak going.

Dr. Buckingham is a great dentist! I have been seeing him since 2017. He always performs the best work. His office is very modern and in a place with good parking. The staff is always very friendly and willing to answer billing questions. His dental hygienist are very qualified also and they do a great job cleaning my teeth. They have screens above the chairs that can play shows and it helps with the “ going to the dentist” anxiety many of us have. His equipment is all top notch. Dr Buckingham is the only dentist I have seen in my adult life after my father retired. I got lucky when I picked him to see as a patient. If you live In the Greater Austin area I would definetly recommend to have as your dentist. Dr. Buckingham is my favorite dentist in Austin! He is kind, listens to your concerns, and really creates a plan that works within your resources. He is a phenomenal doctor. My hygienist Arlinda is communicative and kind as well, and the front desk staff is always ready to answer any questions I may have. Thank you all!

FIVE STAR QUALITY & SERVICE Since I literally cannot think of any cons, here's a list of all the pros that make this place wonderful. - Dr Buckingham works diligently to make sure everything is correct or in progress. - Him, and his team of hygienists, work well to ease any kind of dental anxiety. I don't have that with Dr Buckingham, they are well-versed in letting me know what to expect. Clear cut, no bull, and he lets you know of any other options. - Very welcoming atmosphere. Annette at the front desk is what customer service should look like. Polite and understanding. - They work with or without insurance. Adults and kids. I've been a mother and let my self-care lack for the last 5 years. Dr Buckingham was not judgemental at all, he simply devised a plan with a clear costs. - Yes, I cried when I found out how bad they were, but Dr. Buckingham and both hygienists were quite comforting and encouraging. Woohoo! I got my Invisalign today! Yes, they work on payment plans (as of this post). ~ Even if you're so painfully embarrassed by your smile that you don't show your teeth for years, like I did, every person there is compassionate and understanding. - Very laid back and cozy atmosphere. Have you ever walked into a place and thinking my money is going towards the bells and whistles? Not here. Not to mention the clinic is clean and polished. Yes, he has coffee, water, Netflix, facilities are very clean! - I was a regular patient about seven or eight years ago, but when I came back, I was surprised at the same excellent level of service, positive attitude, and attention to detail from Dr. Buckingham. I am still getting used to smiling while showing my teeth, but I will definitely post some before and after photos soon :D I live on the south side now, much further away, but definitely worth the drive/time for the quality of services. If you want a clear idea of what to expect for you or your family (kiddos too!), or options, from a compassion doctor and his team, this is the place to go. ~ For some reason I feel inclined to say this would be a good place for people moving here.
