I recently moved back to WNY, and my mom recommended this dental office. From the very first call to inquire about becoming a new patient (with an active broken crown concern), to my actual first consultation, they have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Jammal is so kind. The whole team treated me with warmth, transparency, and care. They made scheduling, insurance, and treatment planning feel so manageable. Rob gave me a lovely tour, and the office has a close-knit, family feel — you'll never be just a number. I am beyond grateful for how they’ve treated me up to this point, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a caring, professional dental team! They haven't even cleaned my teeth yet, but I expect to leave more positive reviews in the future. Thank you, everyone!

From the moment you walk through the door, the entire staff treats you with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion. You can tell they genuinely care about your comfort and your overall dental health not just getting you in and out the door. They take the time to thoroughly explain every treatment plan, review your options with complete transparency, and make sure you understand exactly what to expect. That level of honesty and attention is hard to find. Today I had to have a tooth extracted, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Jammal is incredibly gentle and has an amazing bedside manner. I’ve never had another dentist numb me with Novocaine the way he did. Usually when a dentist says..Just a little pinch. It’s not just a tiny pinch lol but!! With Dr. Jamal, that “tiny pinch” was actually just a tiny pinch. I barely felt it. Before I knew it, my tooth was out. The entire process was quick, smooth, and painless. Throughout the procedure, he constantly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His dental hygienist was equally amazing so gentle, patient, and thorough. You can tell everyone on the team genuinely enjoys what they do. And his dental assistant brought such positive energy into the room! Her charisma and personality instantly made me feel more relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Jammal is clearly passionate about helping people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles, and it shows not only in the exceptional care he provides but also in the incredible team he has built around him. Every single person I interacted with was professional, caring, and all around absolutely wonderful. This includes the ladies at the front desk! :) I could go on and on about how great Dr. Jammal and the entire team at Buffalo General Dentistry are. My family has officially found our forever dental care home, and I couldn’t be happier. Imagine all the friendliest people together in one office and this is what you get. Conversations flow like you’ve been best friends with everyone there for years. I walk in to Jamie’s smiling face who always seems to make it feel like the weather is warm and the sun is shining! Mary is so attentive and understanding. She doesn’t just listen - she HEARS you. Peter is HILARIOUS and made a cleaning feel like it was just 5 minutes. Sierra is so sweet and compassionate, she made me feel comfortable if I needed a break. Dr. Jammal is fantastic. He makes you feel so welcome and doesn’t rush you. He’s not looking around, distracted, and when he is talking with you - you are the most important person in that room. At no point in my visits did I feel embarrassed, they were all so eager to help. I’m excited about this journey and cannot stop recommending this place to everyone I talk to.

I forgot to post a review but figured I would now! As someone who suffers from extreme debilitating anxiety, this place made me feel like the impossible was possible. I received 2 molar implants as well as cavities filled. I did opt for the medication sedation, dont remember a single thing but what I do remember are the appointments I had before and after. They have the most comforting, calming, and kind staff. Dr Jammal is by far the most amazing dentist and human being. If you have anxiety I would highly recommend not going anywhere except for here. ♡

I came in for a cavity filling and I was so anxious due to previous bad experiences at other offices. Dr. Jammal made the process so easy and comfortable! I didn’t feel a single thing! It was quick and painless. Not to mention, he and his staff are extremely friendly and personable. I would recommend them to anyone for any dentistry needs!

I have been through many dentists in my lifetime and none compare to this office. Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable, from the front desk, to Mary and then of course Dr. Jamaal! I just want to share my experience. I was unhappy with my smile for decades, I brought my concerns to 4 dentists prior to Dr. Jamaal. All the prior dentists said they didn't want to do the cosmetic work because they didn't think my smile looked bad. But it did to me. My initial visit went surprisingly well as I felt defeated at this point. Mary went over so much of what to expect and then when I got to see the doctor, I was even more pleasantly surprised. He gave me options and we talked in detail about what I wanted. I didn’t think achieving the smile of my dreams was attainable without ripping all my teeth out and starting from scratch. Love this dental office by a million!!!
