It was alright they were very rough and careless very rude it was a painful procedure i couldn’t sit still is was so painful I left in pain I’m still in pain never got a script sent over for pain management after being told I would receive one so I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone drbobs is the opposite very nice and caring they called me and told me they’d send a non narcotics then told me the antibiotics should help with pain antibiotics are not a pain reliever they are uneducated and lie too much about helping you I’ve talked to multiple people and different answers they said they sent my meds then said they couldn’t send me medication
Says they accept most insurances BUT the doctor picks and chooses who they will see. The receptionist can't answer why, I'm only to assume it has to do with money.
I would not recommend dr. Rifkind. He has terrible bedside manner. And my jaw is still not right on the one side after my wisdom teeth removal.
Everyone was very kind, friendly, reassuring, and professional. Great safe environment, couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Especially great for those who are nervous about this sort of thing.

Had my wisdom teeth removed a bit more than a year ago by Dr. Sultan, and still have nerve damage on the lower right side of my mouth - completely numb on the right lower side and can’t feel anything. The day I went in for a “consultation” about how close my one tooth was to the nerve, they talked me into getting my wisdom teeth out right then and there. Made me seem like I was just OCD about my concerns. I even ate food and drank coffee right before my appointment, told them this, yet they still somehow thought it was safe to put me out. I really don’t know why I even allowed it! When I told my doctor, she couldn’t believe they would’ve ever put me out without having me fast first. I don’t think the providers here care about anyone but themselves. I’ll always regret going here for my wisdom tooth removal.
10/10 recommend if you have any anxiety at all about surgery on your teeth this place is the place to go! I have never even had a cavity but needed my 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was the most relaxed environment I’ve ever been in! The front desk staff was so welcoming and the doctor and nurses were the nicest people! You won’t regret it at all!
Super late for this review, but I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted back in November and it was a great experience! I was super nervous but the nurses/assistants and Dr. Sethi were all kind and reassuring which definitely made me feel comfortable. I was out like a light and it felt like 5 mins had passed and it was all over. After about 4 days I went back to work and school and no issues with my teeth since then. Such a relief from the pain I was in before I got them pulled. Thank you so much BOS!❤️

Have been here twice, once 01/25 and once today. Same dentist, different assistant and she was SO SWEET. dentist was very fast and I was very impressed. My first tooth was a nasty one but he was really fast with that one too. Today when getting my tooth out I had to stop him because I could feel pain and he quickly went to numb me up more and got the tooth out quickly after. I am very impressed Everytime I come here. The assistant was much nicer than the one I had last year. She saw how nervous I was and supported me through it all, walked me through it, and the dentist took about 2 minutes if that, to get the tooth out. So impressed with the team here. Only thing that wasn't the best is they don't have WiFi and the service isn't good so nothing loads and it makes it really hard to play music if nothing loads. Thankfully my loaded just enough for the tooth extraction. But 10/10 for service I would go back every time
