I didn't enjoy paying nine dollars and something cents that my insurance should've taken care of.. for having x-rays taken.

Staff and Drs always professional. Place is clean and neat. The office staff are good at what they do. And they do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible.

Went in for my first visit today. Very pleased with everyone's Professionalism. Came in for a old crown that came off which I knew sooner or later. I would have to have a bridge per my old dentist and Endodontist. Dr. Smith went over my options. Which I was bummed. However, like I said. I already knew the answer BEFORE I even went in his office. He was very informative and understanding to all my concerns. My next visit is coming up for my bridge and teeth cleaning. Also going to bring my mom and husband for teeth cleaning as well. Before I left the front desk they already had my cost out of pocket with both insurance covering there part too. So there was no surprises. However, I will still RE-confirm with my insurance companies JUST to make sure that out of pocket cost is exactly what I will owe before returning. I will update after my next appointment. As of today. Very, very pleased with Dr. Smiths office.

Went to two other dentists in the bullhead area. Didn't like them. Felt like I was in a factory. They wouldn't show or discuss X-rays or treatment plans. I'm pretty aware of what my teeth are doing and can read X-rays. Went to Bullhead city dentistry. Very happy with the service, treatment plans, explanations.Very friendly, happy,working group. If you are tired of getting shuffled from one person to another, one chair to another. People that are only interested in getting you in, getting you out, and how much they can extract from your credit card. I highly recommend Bullhead city dentistry.

This has been by far one of the best experiences I've ever had. Everyone from the receptionist who greets you with a smile, to the dental assistant, Lo, who took great care with me and my pain. She was so unbelievably caring explaining every step. Then met the dental hygiest who explained in great detail my needs and was reassuring.The dentist himself was kind and made me feel like my needs mattered. Even the financial girl was amazing. I highly recommend them. They show nothing but care and dedication to their patients. Great team!!
