The whole practice has an ethos which revolves around the client, be it making making comfortable waiting facilities, putting clients at ease in the surgery, allowing for lateness (essential for me! ) with regular updates & reminders of future appointments. A thoroughly friendly & professional establishment!

This is to thank Julien Zimmermann I’ve seen quite a few dentists over the years (my mum was a dental nurse, so you can imagine 😄), but this one truly stands out as one of the best I’ve ever experienced. He’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to support you—not just treat you. What really made a difference was how he explained everything so clearly, helping me understand why things were happening with my teeth, not just what needed doing. He even showed me specific products he personally uses, with real examples I could easily find online, which made it feel practical and trustworthy. I’m 50 now, and it’s rare to come across someone who combines skill, honesty, and genuine care so well. Highly recommend!

I'm very happy to highly recommend Bupa Dental Care Ross-on-Wye. The whole team was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, with clear communication throughout. The clinic is very modern, bright and clean with high-tech treatment equipment, and the examination was thorough and reassuring. Huge thanks to Dean and Jo who were brilliant and completely put me at ease, to the point I forgot I was even nervous.
Very good practice. Dealt with our emergency with great care and warmth and professionalism. Wisdom tooth extraction was north of £500, which seemed pretty pricey, but is not unusual, it seems.
