My daughter and I had the best experience. Her tooth cracked during lunch on a Friday, and she was in a lot of pain. I first called her regular location, but they had no availability. When I reached out to the Millcreek location, they welcomed her in right away. Even though it was past their usual treatment window and close to closing time, they still took great care of her. They never rushed—taking their time and treating her with kindness, even as the appointment ran a bit past closing. We are so grateful to Dr. Dan, El, and Aileen. Thanks to them, my daughter doesn’t have to spend the weekend in pain.
The staff at Burg took care of us when we showed up two hours early and had another appointment that would be difficult to make if we returned at our scheduled time. They went out of there way and squeezed us in, did an amazing and thorough job and got us out in time. All the while taking care of those that were scheduled to be there. Way to go team. We have been going to Burg dentistry for over 20 years and have always had amazing care.

Our son started to complain and scream about his teeth hurting during the holiday break when most dentists were closed. This was the only place we could find that was open and we were very grateful. They were able to let us know what was going on and help give him a mental boost about waiting for his mouth to heal. They were very kind and kid oriented. Walking in, the atmosphere puts you at ease. Everything is super hero themed, which is way cute and pretty clever.
