I found this dental clinic out of emergency by local host's recommendation. The crown of a very weak tooth of mine fell off while I was chewing a very sticky mint, needed dental treatment urgently. Since it's only one month left before my previously scheduled departure, it is quite a rush and I was very worried about everything, especially I am travelling here and not familiar with anything. The tooth is very weak indeed, without treatment it would become bad and untreatable very soon for sure. Receptionest Holly is very supportive, she processed all the information I passed to her from telephone enquiry and several long emails, tried her best to get me an dentist's appointment within one week. She also passed lab information to me for my extra urgent enquiry. She is very efficient caring and diligent in handling all those information all at once. Dentist Shane and Nurse Britney (if I remembered your names correctly) are both extra supportive also. They could have just declined it due to their orginal busy schedule and my limited time available. After initial examination, Dr. and nurses still tried their best to arrange the crown order and next appointment for me. Now I just finied my second vist there and wearing the new crown now. Your work is so impressive. Without your keen effort and great job it would be hard to imagine what will the weak tooth grow into. When I contacted you it was already my last shot to get it cured in time, any delay, or any slight neglect would result into unfavorable result to that tooth. The price is very reasonable also. No extra urgent fee is charged although it is handled urgently. Everyone is so caring and professioanl during the whole process. Thank you so much, appreciate a lot.
The best experience ever at a Dentist! I am so terrified of anything to do with the Dentist, I have never experienced such kind, patient, professional staff who listened to my concerns and did everything possible to reassure me. I had sedation for 2 teeth extractions and the whole experience was for me perfect, thank you so much for your kindness.
After decades of being nervous I changed to this practice after seeing how careful they were with an autistic relative. Brian is the first dentist too actually ask me WHAT it is that I'm frightened of. If never thought about that and being able to tell him and know that he understood really reduced my anxiety. Having sedation treated as an essential part of my treatment not a failing of mine is really reassuring.

I cannot thank this surgery enough today. This is not my regular surgery but the receptionist, Holly, went above and beyond the help me get an emergency appointment. Holly took time to listen to me and was empathic and tried her best to get me in, less than an hour later calling me back with an appointment I was beyond grateful for. The clinical staff were equally as lovely and comforting while I was upset, reassuring me and giving me the best advice. They made sure to liaise with my surgery and booked a review for me, making sure to update them on my needs. Fantastic support and treatment. So grateful. Thank you!.
