Right from the moment you walk in, the entire team is so welcoming, friendly, cooperative, and incredibly understanding. They make you feel comfortable and at ease immediately. A huge thank you to Dr. Zeid! He is extremely skilled, professional, and takes the time to explain every single step before he does anything. Most importantly, I didn't feel any pain at all! I am so happy and satisfied with the results of my treatments, which included a root canal, a wisdom tooth extraction, and even dental crowns. On top of being an amazing dentist, he is so lighthearted and fun that you don't feel anxious or stressed at all while he is working. And a special thanks to Morgan the assistant for being so helpful and wonderful throughout my visits! I also want to specially thank Sarah and Ghazal for their wonderful treatment and sweet personalities, they are both so kind and lovely to deal with. Last but not least, a big thank you to the hygienist, Lola , who did an incredible and thorough cleaning for me. This clinic truly combines professional care with a warm, family-like atmosphere. As always, another great visit at Burlington Dental Centre. The professional and courteous staff are amazing to deal with and they are consistent. The offices are clean and disinfected after each patient which is very very important and the staff consistently wear their personal protective equipment which not only protects me but them as well.
