I was visiting Hamilton and had a dental emergency. This is the practice my friend loves and they saw me right away. I ended up needing an extraction and Dr. D’Souza and her hygienist, Mark, took such good care of me. They were so encouraging, professional, and kind. I especially liked how clearly they explained what they were doing and gave me directions for after care. It was a challenging procedure and Dr. D’Souza was very skilled and supportive! I was lucky to be in her care!

Complete series of eras to check all my teeth, done carefully and respectfully by Mark. The receptionist was able to decifer how to send in my bill to my new insurance company with no problem. Dr. De Sousa welcomed me and thoroughly explained the results of all the tests, and which areas would need some work. A very thorough initial new patient screening!!

Our 86-year-old mother had a dental emergency and required two tooth extractions. We called Burlington Family Dental Centre, and from the very first phone call we knew we were in good hands. Jayati, the administrator, was absolutely wonderful. She immediately made us feel that my mom would receive great care and attention. She gathered all the necessary information ahead of time, so when we arrived an hour later everything was already prepared for us, including estimates and paperwork. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and compassionate with both our mom and us. Then we met Mark, the dental assistant, who was exceptionally attentive, caring, and professional. He thoroughly explained the procedure, detailed all aftercare instructions, prepared an aftercare package, and made my mom feel calm, comfortable, and reassured throughout the entire visit. Dr. Chen was outstanding. She carefully explained all available options and helped us make a truly informed decision. The extractions were performed quickly, smoothly, and very professionally. My mom didn't experience any discomfort during the procedure, which was such a relief for all of us. Our overall experience was amazing. It was an incredible relief to find such a compassionate and professional team who were able to help our elderly mother so promptly during an urgent situation. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend Burlington Family Dental Centre to anyone needing immediate dental care. Truly a 5-star experience!

I had my first experience with Dr. Emma and her wonderful team, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better one. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so friendly. I had my top front tooth cap replaced, and I’m beyond happy with the result. Dr. Emma did an amazing job, it looks so natural that it’s completely undetectable. You genuinely can’t tell it isn’t my real tooth! I also had my cleaning done, and my teeth felt so fresh and like new afterward. The care and attention to detail were amazing. We loved our experience so much that now my husband and 3-year-old daughter go here too! As a parent, seeing my daughter actually enjoy going to the dentist says everything. Dr. D’Souza went above and beyond for my daughter when no one else seemed able to help. After visiting SickKids and two other doctors without getting the advice or direction we needed, I called Dr. D’Souza and she immediately stepped in and got my daughter the proper help right away.
