I went to Burnaby Dental Group for a receded gum. The team was excellent and Dr Veera was a miracle worker! I only required one surgery and the results after only 2 weeks was already amazing! The surgery and post-op can be painful, but the team provided great after care and were extremely helpful. After less than 4 months they have already healed. I would highly recommend them for dental surgery!

THIS dentist location is just wonderful!✅️✅️✅️✅️ It is THE BEST dental place that we have ever gone to in MANY years, and, Provinces!! Open Monday to Saturday. VERY clean! As soon as you enter you are greeted and the care begins! They have many dental services available here for ALL ages.. Xrays, checkups, cleaning, surgery etc. Very fair pricing! SENIORS ON THE GOV'T PLAN can come here- and NOT worry✅️✅️✅️. We asked, since our coverage is 100%- "are there ANY extra unknown costs after what the Gov't pays for certain services- like cleaning, extractions, etc?" HERE, they do NOT CHARGE EXTRA-above the Gov't. Many places we called before will tell you only that they WILL charge above and beyond Gov't coverage for their services! Going to a dentist is NOT like going for a dinner where sometimes you hear the joke like-"well- if it costs too much- get ready to wash dishes!" In a dental situation-you NEED to be assured that you CAN pay if you don't have alternate coverage-otherwise WHAT is the alternative? (NOT washing dishes to pay!) HERE -you will NOT go through that-it IS above board. ASK when you call or before your work is done, and they give you an answer immediately! This is incredible, above board, and VERY honest! It also takes the stress off what sometimes already is a bit stressful! We have been here a few times now for our different dental needs, and the care from these dentists, surgeons, hygienists, and ALL other staff here is EXcellent✅️ Going to a dentist at times makes you nervous- but here-they talk with you, and take all the time you need to explain whatever it is you want to know-or- the procedure. I have seen them at work with children to seniors, and everything seems well run. We cannot say enough good about them! Try here- I CANNOT see how you could be disappointed-and we've been around plenty!✅️

This review is long overdue. My family has been visiting this clinic for the past 6–7 years, and our experience has always been excellent. The front office staff are consistently polite, friendly, and professional. Dental team is efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Sarang, who went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and reassured when I was extremely anxious before having all four of my wisdom teeth removed about 4.5 years ago. I also want to recognize Dr. Zhang, who took our call at midnight. when I was experiencing severe pain and persistent bleeding after the procedure. He patiently explained to both my husband and me what was happening and guided us through the steps to manage the situation. The clinic even followed up the next day to check on my recovery, which shows caring attitude towards patients. I have all positive experience with the clinic.Highly recommended.

The staff at Burnaby Dental Group is super friendly and welcoming, and the whole place feels clean and well-organised. They have a great team of dentists who are knowledgeable, gentle, and take the time to explain everything about the procedure. They make sure you’re comfortable throughout procedure. I’m very happy with my child’s dental visit at Burnaby dental group.The entire team was friendly, professional, and amazing with kids. The dentist did the fillings, extraction & put the space maintainer and made sure my child felt safe and relaxed. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the appointment went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Burnaby dental group to other parents.

The clinic itself is fine and appointments are punctual, however, I ultimately moved to a different dental office due to a lack of explanation around treatment recommendations. Four extractions were scheduled with minimal explanation and no meaningful discussion of alternatives. After seeking a second opinion, I was told that multiple options were available and that extraction was not necessary in my case. If you value clear communication and informed discussion about your treatment, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Excellent experience ever. I went for dental cleaning I can’t even explain enough how good it was☺️, I am very happy with their service and experience levels. I didn’t imagine that they can give me shiny, clean and spotless teeth in just one visit. I love my teeth now, feeling more confident seriously. I will recommend everyone needs to visit this place because lots of experienced staff working there, no waiting for weeks or days to books at all, flexible and very helpful.

I had the best experience here. Everyone at the reception, the medical assistants and the doctor are super kind and gentle. They understood my anxiety and even held my hand when I needed it. Explained every step so that I could understand (for the first time) all the elements involved. They were extremely thorough in treatment, from analyzing my dental requirements, recording every detail, to booking follow-ups. Grateful for such a thoughtful and compassionate experience. Shout out to Dr Kiran, Aman and Betty for their awesomeness!

Dr. Sarang provides a patient-centered care. He explains the procedure and the plan of care patiently and clearly. He answers my questions and inquiries with transparency. He was referred to by a family member, and I am happy for the excellent service from this team. He deals with clients and with his colleagues respectfully. The clinic is clean. The area is convenient, walking distance to the Skytrain and metrotown area. Will definitely recommend.
