I visited Dr Kamai based on his google ratings but he care about money not your health. He was doing filling for me and he was working with other 3 patients simultaneously. He left my mouth opened for 3 hours while he was leaving me with open mouth to see other patients. He was busy and carelessly reached my tooth root and caused sever pain which led to root canal. He also overcharged me multiple times by asking additional money despite full insurance coverage. Most of the dental businesses are run by similar professional scammers. I am surprised how easy such people can get a license and no proper supervision from the government. He doesn’t care of your mouth. It’s health for you but money for him. Not recommended.
Karen, Eve, Fiona, and Dr. Roxana did great checking and cleaning my teeth. They were all pleasant to speak with and reassured me. Raman at the front was very kind and patient as well. The team is great here!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roxana. She is professional, caring, and highly skilled. I am very happy with the results of my dental treatment and truly appreciate the attention and care I received. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.
Karen has been my dental hygienist for a while, she is amazing, and so thorough in what she does. I always feel satisfied with her treatment and her approaches. She is also very friendly and cheerful. Dr. Kamei did my wisdom teeth extractions (all 4 in one sitting). Even though i am from a dental background, i was quite nervous. Dr Kamei helped me calm me down with the appropriate sedation technique, and the extractions went very smooth. Post op healing was great, no major swelling, which just reflects how atraumatic the procedure went.
A "GOLDEN GEM" and absolutely excellent dental clinic I would give 10 stars to!!! Dr. Kamei and Dr. Razazian have an impeccable way of catering the best dental care that truly suits your dental needs. Their "Patients First" approach is evident in their explanations, their incredible work, and their flexibility in scheduling-with over 40 yrs of combined experience evident! To add, the office staff is extremely welcoming, highly knowledgeable and will have you feeling like family! I would absolutely recommend "Burnaby Square Dental" to anyone and everyone seeking a dentist for themselves, family or friends. You will be VERY LUCKY to have found them and you will excited to go to the dentist!
I had a generally good experience at this dental office. Dr. Razazian is very kind and makes you feel comfortable during your visit, and the staff are friendly. The clinic itself is clean and well-organized. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the X-rays were done by someone who seemed a bit inexperienced, and the process was more uncomfortable than expected. That said, the rest of the visit went smoothly and professionally. Overall, it’s a solid place for dental care and I would recommend it to others.
Perry was very informative and pleasant at reception. My son came in for a filling and he said it was "As good as fillings can be." Praise enough for the dentist office.

I had such a great experience at this clinic today. Jade did my dental X-rays and she was incredibly gentle, calm, and patient. I didn’t feel any stress at all while she was working. Perry helped me book my very first appointment, and she was so patient and friendly. Dr. Kamaei was also amazing. He took his time examining all my teeth carefully and explained everything one by one, what the issues were and what treatment I might need. His attention to detail and patience really made me feel well taken care of. And finally, Mina helped me schedule my follow-up appointments. She was very kind, patient, and went out of her way to find times that worked for me. I truly appreciate how helpful she was. Nothing but good -- exceptional, really -- to say about Burnaby Square Dental. That’s speaking on behalf of my wife and myself. I've had significant dental challenges since childhood. I presented Dr. Kamaei with problems accrued over 45 of those years. He worked miracles in an almost impossible situation and the past 3 years have been the most dental-problem-free of my adult life. I also want to give a call-out to Office Admin Perry. She's been extraordinary in working with my and my wife's challenging circumstances to stick-handle schedules, insurance, budgets etc. Combined with services from kind but thorough hygienists (somehow, motivating without guilt-trips!) we consider ourselves fortunate to be patients of Burnaby Square Dental's practice.
