Prompt, excellent and extremely pleasant service. We recently moved to Eugene and got excellent recommendations to The Butler Family Dental and are glad that we took that recommendation to heart. Both my spouse and I had a welcoming experience there.

Just had my first appointment and found the front office staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The doctor and the hygienist were very thorough, explaining everything they were doing, answering all my questions and laying out a treatment plan as we move forward. I had a great first experience and look forward to receiving great care.

I dont know how my visit could have been any better the people were nice and welcoming. I had some serious anxiety but they put me at rest. They were very professional and quick taking care of all my concerns and needs. Highly recommend.

I came in here after two previous dental offices left me with almost a year’s worth of stress and anxiety due to bad chairside manner and another office recommending treatment I later learned I did not need. The front desk was nice, the technology was modern and up to date, and both the hygienist, Grace, and the dentist, Dr. Butler, were incredibly kind and listened to all of my concerns and previous experiences at the other places I went to here in town. Everything was explained to me in detail, including what was seen on the x-rays and why. They both helped ease a lot of the anxiety I had going into the appointment and made me feel much more comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here for all future work and appointments. I’m really grateful I found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and reassuring dental team.

My first time coming back to a dentist after years, I have a lot of dental anxiety so coming was a big step for me. The staff was so warm and welcoming! Issis was a super big sweet heart and was very supportive! My dental hygienist grace really held my hand through the entire process she even played Beyoncé to calm my nerves! Overall a 10/10 experience! I will be coming back! 🥰

Outstanding service! I absolutely adore every single person that works here. I suffer from bad anxiety and never once felt ashamed of it being here. They all made me feel safe and cared for. I appreciate their willingness to squeeze me in when I had really bad tooth pain and even with their tight schedule during the holiday season made me feel Important and cared for the entire way. I love it here and wont go anywhere else ❤️ ( have had cleanings and a crown installed by them)
