I would not recommend going to doctor sung Hong due to me being a first-time patient trying to sell me implants and wouldn't help me unless I get implants so I would not recommend going there if you have dentures cuz he will not help you

They are professional overall. I found their office through my dental insurance network search. First impression over email and phone was a good experience when I first spoke to Dolores, the front desk associate. Setting up the appointment with her was a breeze. My first visit yesterday was a consultation and it was also good. I met Dolores in person and she is approachable and sweet. I met Dr. Sung Hong for the first time, and he is also professional. I told him my concern, and he provided possible solution. He gave me clear explanation of the process step by step. They are also very easy to work with scheduling my next visit since I currently live over 2 hours away from their office. I will be coming back for the next few months, and I will update this review with each visit. I’m excited for the final outcome of my teeth.

I’ve been a patient of Dental Specialty Group since childhood, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. From the seamless scheduling support with Dolores to the professional and caring chairside manner of both Joan, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Hong, the experience is consistently exceptional. Dr. Hong also incorporates the latest technology, including same-day 3D printing for crown repairs. No more traditional molds! My husband recently had a crown placed and was genuinely impressed by the speed, precision, and perfect fit. The combination of advanced technology and attentive care makes this practice stand out.

Dr. Hong recently did a root canal and crown for me. I was in a lot of pain due to a cracked tooth and damaged nerve tissue. He made every effort to save my tooth and was so kind throughout the process. His skill, expertise and experience combined with his empathy and kind , gentle manner is amazing. I’ve been a patient at his dental practice for many years now and his staff is amazing too. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Hong.
