I sincerely do not have enough incredibly positive things to say about Dr. Indah and her beautiful team. After having gone through a very challenging and drawn-out divorce, as well as having a series of childhood dental traumas, I had avoided going to the dentist for far too long. The moment I stepped into Dr. Indah’s calming Sunnyvale office, I exhaled. The healing energy of her space spoke to me. The tension I have carried in my jaw and teeth has been traumatic, and I was immediately met with EFT tapping and relaxation therapies. I appreciated Dr. Indah’s honesty and expert advice in her conservative and holistic approach. I have had far too many traumatic experiences of dentists doing too aggressive of therapies without much regard to anything other than their business. This office was not that whatsoever. For the first time in my life, I felt seen, heard, understood, and appreciated. Not only that, I knew after the first time I sat in Dr. Indah’s chair that I would never see another dentist again. My dental fears have finally been ameliorated. I have finally found a dentist who cares about my precious teeth as much as I do. THANK YOU DR. INDAH AND YOUR ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF. Dr Indah has been my dentist for the past 6 years. She has surpassed all my expectations in a biologic dentist. I found her through the IAOMT (International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology) website when I was looking for a dentist who could remove my amalgam fillings using the SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique). Not only have Dr Indah removed all my amalgam fillings safely over the years, I’ve come to appreciate what a treasure Dr Indah is! I appreciate her approach to treating her patient holistically. Her excellent skills in listening, explaining and teaching; her approach in preventative care; her belief in preserving as much tooth as possible (i.e. partial crown vs full crown); her generous sharing of resources (i.e. books, names of practitioners for osteopath/chiropractor/acupuncture); and her commitment to learning and utilizing cutting-edge treatments/equipment makes her one of the best dentists in the area!

Dr. Indah Ratna is an excellent biological dentist! She is highly trained, empathetic, professional. She resolved a very difficult problem my husband has been dealing with for many years! I highly recommend her ! She is a world class biological DMD.

A visit with Dr. Indah is always a very positive experience for me. Today she performed a complex set of procedures to install a new crown on my #19 molar. I guess having a crown is not something anyone looks to, but having this done by Dr. Indah and her staff is a very positive experience, especially because I know what the alternatives are. Dr. Indah is very skilled as a restorative dentist, also very caring, and she runs an office that exudes QUALITY in every interaction with the patient/customer.

Dr. Indah provides care that goes well beyond any dentist I have been to. She is truly preventative and takes the time to educate her patients. She only uses the least toxic materials she can find. She has also found shoddy work from previous dentists that she was able to fix. I did a lot of research to find a biological/holistic dentist with a high rating and I drive a long distance because Dr. Indah is well worth it!

My boys and I have received nothing but the best care from Dr. Indah and her team. Dr. Indah is personable, competent, thorough, and gentle. Most importantly, we trust her with our dental health knowing that she has her patients' well-being at heart. She worked with me tirelessly to resolve my dental pain issues. With my son who is prone to cavities and gum infections, she is likewise patient and gentle. With her encouragement, he has almost completely eliminated sweets from his diet, and is seeing great improvement in his dental and overall health.

Dr. Indah is a wonderful dentist. She is professional, kind, and clearly explains what she finds in visits. My experiences only get better, as she continues to add new technology and options of procedures (like the ozone therapy) to make visits as pain-free as possible (even a root canal), and to detect issues that other dentists might not find in time. She and her staff are extremely competent and care that patients feel comfortable.
