My visit at their Blanco location was very pleasant. The practice is clean and bright. I saw Dr. Alvarez & she was wonderful, as were her support clinicians…all very professional and welcoming. Front office staff were efficient while still being friendly and professional. As you can tell, overall a great experience.

Unbelievable! There is no privacy for the patient. They provide procedures that you never asked for! The dentist there did not provide a proper medical evaluation. The para-professional staff is horrible and lazy!I would never recommend this place to anyone! It seems only low-income people would tolerate such! I had to pay almost $400 dollars to obtain a new evaluation! AWFUL place!

These people are really nice and do a great job. Ive got lots of work left and I hope they can still be patient with me. Just bn going thru a lot. Anyways, When I leave after a root canal, a crown or a cleaning I am happy. Thanks to all the staff for being kind.

From the staff at the front desk to the technician and Dentist in the back I felt these young ladies were very professional and attentive to the patient needs

This location is complete garbage. It has been a complete nightmare for my husband to get his implant inserted. It has been a constant back-and-forth with them. First y’all mess up his implant casting so he has to go in again to get it redone. Then yall scheduled him for his implant, then say yall don’t have a part and the specialist has to insert it, so he leaves. Then campos calls his back after he leaves and tells him that they found the part…… so again he’ll have to go back in, and miss work….. how do you not have all the required equipment and tools needed for an appointment you set? Non- to mention the fact that they over charged him about $1400…. When we personally called our insurance and they said it was completely approved so now we’re waiting for that refund…. Campos you really need to get your act together and be more professional… hopefully his implant will be inserted tomorrow and we will never be going back there again…

I definitely recommend Campos Family Dental. I had a tooth that cracked off in the back so I had just the front of the tooth. Not even 5 mins and my tooth was out, Dr. William always asked me if I was ok which I really liked because it shows he really cares for his patients and that's because I didn't even have insurance. Even without insurance it was not expensive as I called other places and they wanted between $300-400 I paid close to $300 but it was WORTH THE MONEY!!!! The receptionist was also very nice as well she was awesome. Thank you Campos Family Dental ill definitely be back ☺️

I recently had three teeth extracted and so pleased to find Dr. Spencer Wyrick. Whom I had seen over 25 years ago. I asked if I was going to be given laughing gas. He told me know you won’t be in any pain. He expertly administered the Novocain and then asked if I could feel the pressure and I did. Next thing I knew they were taking impressions for the flipper. I had previously gone to a dentist in 78209 and was never given any options except $9509 for implants. Campos family dental is very affordable and quality caring staff.

This office used to be good but it has severely declined over the years. I've been coming since I was little so I was very comfortable with the staff and office but had to cancel this morning because of illness. I was met with the most unprofessional response. The receptionist was uncompassionate and more worried about the cancellation rather than the sick patient and began to lecture me about the new gap in their schedule. They also never asked to reschedule which sealed the deal on my end not to return. Over the years, the wait time has gotten ridiculous. The service and bedside manners are lacking. The dentist will not explain anything that will be done and wants to get you in and out as fast as he can. This involves a lot of waiting around still for the dentist to see you with no one checking up on you or assuring your turn is coming soon. They definitely need work on their customer service and bedside manner. Scheduling is also only done through phone and no one will ever follow up on an email in this office. Find a better place to get your oral care taken care of because it really feels like these people don't care anymore.

Great dentist in town with lots of locations and always ready to assist. The staff is very friendly and the dentist's working there are always friendly and very helpful. I recommend this dentist.
