Excellent experience again. Dr. Diamond is the best. He is friendly, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and nice. He takes great care of my beautiful wife and I. We have been his very satisfied patients for quite sometime and we highly recommend him for your dental care. His office and staff are very nice too, thank you.

Dr. Seymore and his team are the best! Front desk is always prompt & friendly. Allison's a great hygienist, gentle & thorough. I have gone to Dr. Seymore for many years and have referred many people. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I came in for a chipped tooth/cavity. Front desk service was quick and friendly as was the case once I went back. Dr. Diamond and the rest of the staff were informative and personable. The staff went over cost breakdown before anything took place, which I appreciated. Dr. Diamond did a beautiful job with the onlay (partial replacement of my tooth) and was able to do the whole thing right there same day in office. Went back the following week for my teeth cleaning, and mouth health assessment. Again, positive experience with all the staff. They addressed any questions I had and didn’t try to sell me on anything “extra”. I have found my new dental office and am so happy.

Front of office was very friendly and nice, so was the dentist. That is until they tried to rip my 85 year old mother off by $900. And that wasn't the first time there was a so-called"discrepancy" on their billing not only that, the dentures they made for my mother, snapped in half within 3 days. Terrible. And horribly greedy

Dr. Seymour is very knowledgeable, professional, understanding and funny! My veneers turned out better than I could have imagined and have been so easy to maintain. Staff was caring, attentive, and detailed. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for the dental hygenist, Allyson. My teeth and gums are very sensitive, and she promptly numbed my teeth and gums. She was very gentle, and I did not "flinch" one time! from pain or nerve issues! Thank God for Allyson! She made me feel so comfortable, went over the xrays thorougly, explained the dental procedure she would undertake, and ultimately shined/waxed my teeth in the end! Allyson, was thoughful, insightful, showed genuine care and concern for me, and has a heart of gold! To be clear, I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Allyson made the process very smooth and pain free with a touch of kindness that will go a long way!! Mike M This review pertains specifically to the Manager, Debbie Bond. I was told that all the "bonding" work, (no pun intended...), which essentially consisted of sixteen upper and lower teeth would all be covered by my Delta Dental Plan! I went on to account on the Delta Denyal website, and much to my shock, I was being billed for over a thousand dollars! Wow, I was not happy! When I spoke to Debbie, she advised me to call Delta Dental directly, which I ended up in the Escalation Department, speaking to that Manager. It was Debbie who advised me that she too had spoken to Delta Dental and they had "misread the coverage" and "procedures" being done to me, and that all the teeth would be covered!!! Debbie truly went over and beyond the call of duty to help me with this financial debacle, which for me, being on a fixed monthly income only, would have been devastating! Everything went through for payment, I got all my teeth bonded in several dental visits, with no out-of-pocket- payment from me! I commend Debbie for everything, and her clear explanation to the Dental Carrier, which ensured they would cover/pay for everything! Debbie was personable, professional, persistent, and persevering! She is truly a gem of a person! I would recommend anyone to go to Canyon Lakes Dental Group and Orthodontics! Debbie will take good care of you. If going to the dentist were always like this, I’d schedule extra cleanings just for fun. Dr. Lodhi was fantastic, professional, funny, and so effortlessly cool that I almost forgot I was getting dental work done. She walked me through every step, made sure I was totally at ease, and her work is absolute perfection. If all dentists were like her, people would be showing up early just to hang out, and book dental work just for fun. Valerie, the dental assistant, is basically the Beyoncé of dentistry calm, confident, and somehow makes you forget there are sharp tools near your face. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and even kept me laughing. Someone please give her a raise… or at least control of the office playlist. And let’s talk about Debbie, the front office manager the real MVP who tackled my insurance nightmare like it was a minor inconvenience. She handled everything with a smile, superhero-level patience, and kept me updated the whole way through. Debbie, you’re a legend. This whole office deserves an award for making dental visits feel more like catching up with friends than a medical appointment. Five stars, no hesitation I actually look forward to my next visit (and who says that about the dentist?).
