The dentist is friendly and professional, but unfortunately the front desk staff is extremely rude. It's a shame because the dentist is very professional, honest, and does a great job. But I dread having to go in or contact them in any way because the receptionist is rude.every.single.time. And it does not matter if in person or over the phone. She's just always rude. If you notice all reviews whether on Yelp or Google, anything negative is about her. They don't need the business because they are always booked, which is why they don't care if she is rude and drives people away.

Such an inviting practice! Lasandra on the admin team is a gem and made registering at the practice so smooth. As someone who gets nervous going to the dentist, I have zero anxieties about coming here! 🦷

Highly recommended. Excellent service from Lisandra, who coordinates and schedules appointments very efficiently, really taking a lot of stress off your shoulders. On the doctors’ side, Dr. Austin and Dr. Jack are extremely professional, very experienced, and have great judgment. They also speak Spanish using technical yet easy-to-understand terms for Spanish-speaking patients. They were also great with my 2-year-old. I also don’t want to forget their assistant ,I can’t remember the name ,who does a fantastic job and keeps everything very organized and coordinated during X-rays and imaging exams.

Lasandra and Keyona were extremely great getting me in today to be seen by the dentist i cracked my tooth and was in so much pain, i received great service and good advice to Move forward. They also to the pleasure to schedule out my referral appointment and get me seen for extraction for this Thursday.

Capitol Family Dentistry is truly exceptional. They feel like a genuine part of our community. Our two young children adore the staff and are always excited to see Dr. Austin and Dr. Jacques. The entire team strikes the perfect balance between efficient professionalism and thoughtful, compassionate care. It is hard to say enough positive things about this office, and we are so grateful to have found them.

1st visit with Dr. Jacques and I can easily say it was a great experience. He is very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable being with him and in his office for the entire time. Lassandra, the front desk attendant, was also extremely nice and welcomed me in the office with open arms. I highly recommend anyone who works in and or lives in the Capitol Hill area to have him as your dentist!

I love this practice, Dr. Harbison is so friendly and truly goes above and beyond to get to know his patients. I highly recommend this practice if anyone is looking for a dentist that values it’s patients and treats them like family. On every visit you can expect a professional atmosphere and have all your dental needs met.
