Capstone Dental Downtown

Update: I’ve now been going to Capstone Dental Downtown for 14 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are quick to adopt new technology to improve the process, like a 3D scanner that is so much better than putty impressions for my mouth guard. Everything I stated below also remains true. I don’t think you’ll find a better dentist in Columbus. Love my dentist. They get you in and out on time. They are friendly and gentle and don’t do anything you don’t need or want done. I highly recommend.

Capstone dental is excellent. I’ve tried a few different dentists around Columbus, and they are by far the best. They do great work and all my procedures and cleanings have turned out really well. They also have a great staff, and they’re consistently LGBTQ friendly. My wife and I both get our cleanings here, and we’ve only had positive experiences. I would highly recommend them!

I have three or four issues that needed to be dealt with, and my dentist was very knowledgeable and patiently explained in clear language what was needed and why. I got my teeth cleaned, and the hygienist was very thorough, and to my surprise, my teeth and gums did not hurt later as is my usual experience. The staff at the front desk made me feel very welcome. I am very impressed with their imaging process that I had never seen before. I really like this office.

I had a great experience at Capstone Dental Downtown. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind and welcoming. I have anxiety about going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Barron was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Awesome experience - as a first time patient, got a tour of the facility and all their technology. Both Ashley (at the front desk) and Brandy (hygienist) were wonderfully kind and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Could tell Brandy was also being super thorough. Doc was very approachable and took the time to explain what she was doing and her thought process behind some of the tests done. Would recommend to anyone!

Capstone Dental downtown was great. It's always a little intimidating going to a new dentist, but, everyone was so kind and professional. Ashley was great and even did a small tour of the office. Brandi was amazing at a gentle and thorough clean, even after I hadn't been for a dental cleaning in a year. Dr. Barron was an incredible Doctor who addressed my concerns clearly. Capstone dental was terrific. I was a new patient, Megan, all the office staff, Brandi and Dr Barron were wonderful. The office is state of the art and I will continue to come back. Brandi was gentle during my cleaning and that is always a plus. I will definitely be referring friends and family to Capstone Dental!

I really appreciate how the team takes the time to educate me on things I never knew before, it makes such a difference. They have a great dentist, doctor, and even a helpful financial advisor.
