As many others have stated, it feels very bizarre to leave a review for a root canal. Buuuut here it is! Called on a Monday and got an appointment that Wednesday. Which in itself is pretty phenomenal. I knew my copay before even hanging up the phone. Went in and was literally brought back AT my appointment time. Dr. Elena was so friendly, had incredible “bedside manner” (chair side?) and explained things in great detail while ensuring I knew that the options were mine. There was no feeling of being pressured or persuaded. The actual procedure was painless and she triple checked my numbing prior to beginning. She regularly checked in on me and handled my strangely small root anatomy with professionalism and skill. I would hope to never need another root canal but if I do, I would not go anywhere else.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The procedure itself was smooth and way more comfortable than I expected. The doctor was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt relaxed the whole time. You can tell they really care about their patients and take pride in their work. If you need endodontic treatment, this is absolutely the place to go. Clean, efficient, and actually a positive experience — which says a lot for a dental visit! 🙌

If I could leave a 10 star I would. I’ve gotten multiple root canals by Dr. Carrington. Wow! Crazy to say I would to back? That’s how great the experience it is. He is very skilled even is challenging cases like myself. Also the decor inside is unique something to look at!

I’ve seen the reviews about Dr. Carrington and root canals…well, here’s another. WOW! You could feel Dr. Carringtons passion about his craft. It was a fun and comfortable experience which is odd to say about a root canal lol. The only suggestion for Dr. Carrington: Before you ever retire. PLEASE create a cloning device and make a million of you because I truly believe you are 1 of 1. In comparison to other Dentists I’ve come across, your passion for the care of your patients is unmatched. Thank you for creating an expected “daunting experience” into a memorable and enjoyable experience that I am excited to share with everyone I know.

I came in with a true dental emergency and a lot of anxiety, both about the pain and the cost. Instead of upselling or pushing unnecessary work, they focused on solving the problem in the most conservative and cost-effective way possible. They performed a root canal through my existing crown, staged the treatment appropriately, explained everything clearly, and kept my out-of-pocket cost reasonable. The relief was immediate, but more than that, the experience felt ethical and human. In a time when so many practices feel driven by profit and fear, it was refreshing to find a dentist who clearly cares about their patients and about keeping treatment affordable. I’m genuinely grateful I found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, patient-centered dental care.
