I had a bit of a frustrating experience initially due to being misinformed about lab testing at the South Beach location, especially since I currently live just one block away from the doctor’s office. I was able to schedule an appointment online for 4:30 p.m., only to find out when I arrived that it was too late in the day to have my labs done. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication, which made the situation stressful. However, Cassandra truly turned the experience around! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding, and she went above and beyond by staying past her shift to assist me. I genuinely appreciate the time and effort she took to help resolve the situation. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were despite the initial confusion. Cassandra’s kindness and dedication made a real difference, and I’m grateful for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Cassandra, for going the extra mile!

⭐ One star. My experience at Care Resource was good until I encountered dental assistant Ana Illias. The doctor was wonderful, and I truly appreciated his care and professionalism. Unfortunately, my interaction with this assistant overshadowed that positive experience. The treatment I received from her was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Her attitude conveyed a sense of superiority that I found completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Most concerning was that, based on what I observed, she did not follow the doctor’s instructions. She acted as though she owned the clinic and could place her own judgment above the directions of the professional responsible for my care. Her behavior was deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, unprofessional. Respect, cooperation, and basic courtesy should be standard in any clinic. The doctor was excellent, but her conduct left a terrible impression. Management should take this feedback seriously and review how she treats people and responds to the doctor’s instructions.

I have been a member of care resource for 30+ years. They've helped me with a out of control viral load and addiction as well as being homeless... The staff have a lot of patience and compassion for their work and members of the community. Miami and Broward locations are state of the art while being affordable to us. The Dr's are also helpful and empowering clients to help themselves... I have only one Dr that I'll go to thank you care resource for being a huge help in my life you made me able to function and live...

I have been in therapy for almost two years and I couldn’t be more grateful to have met Robinson Hernandez he has been amazing and has helped me tons with my mental health, he is so caring and understanding like I’ve tried therapists before but he really made me feel like he wants to help and support me it was so easy for me to open up since we first met so my experience with him personally has been wonderful. Also the medical staff, nurses and front desk are all so sweet and helpful it is honestly an awesome place for your medical needs they have everything you could possibly need when it comes to your health and the location is beautiful with plenty of parking so my experience with this place has been unforgettable and I hope that if you were looking for these kind of services my review helps you make the decision and go check them out I promise you they are the best choice !!!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the extraordinary Housing team at Care Resource for the incredibly humane, professional, and tireless support they provided me during one of the most difficult times of my life. After facing a very complicated situation with an abusive landlord, I was at risk of becoming homeless along with my four children. Amidst so much uncertainty and anguish, the Housing team was by my side every step of the way, restoring my peace of mind and hope. I want to especially acknowledge Francisco Gómez, the program director, for his leadership, commitment, and compassion, as well as my case managers, Jennifer Tapia and Yuliet Delgado, who were much more than just professionals: they supported me with patience, empathy, and dedication. They helped me find a new home, coordinated everything related to the move, maintained communication with the new owners when necessary, and attended to every detail so that my family could make this transition as safely and with dignity as possible. Beyond the material assistance, I received emotional support, constant guidance, and the peace of mind of knowing I was not alone. In the moments when I felt like everything was falling apart, they made me feel heard, respected, and supported. Thanks to this wonderful team, my family now has a new home and the opportunity to begin a new chapter with hope. I will never forget everything they did for us. My gratitude to Francisco, Jennifer, Yuliet, and the entire Care Resource Housing team will last forever. They are an example of professionalism, compassion, and true commitment to those who need it most.

Scheduled a TB test online. When I arrived, registered and waited my turn they advised me they only do the blood test and it takes 7 days for results. Thats not the issue. The issue is, you have to first see a provider to be able to get the test done to * BILL INSURANCE* and when the results are in you need to see the provider again, for what? To *BILL INSURANCE*. I work in the medical field and you DO NOTneed to see a provider to get results. Dont waste your time if you need a TB test. Go to your local urgent care and get and you can get your appointment the same day.
