I’ve gone to this dentist a handful of times and I’ve had nothing but problems. I decided this was my last time and I only kept my appointment because I couldn’t get in anywhere else in a reasonable time. I showed up today and I was surprised to see the entire lobby was revamped and rebranded. I was handed “New Patient” paperwork and when I questioned it, they said, “Oh, yeah, you’re new because they previous dentist sold to us. Did they notify you?” No, they absolutely did not notify me. The kind receptionist said they kept my appointment and I could see their dentist but my insurance was not in network. ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME. A complete waste of my time. Do not go to any of their locations; they’re all grifters.

Was apprehensive about finding a new dentist after moving to Jacksonville, but Carlson Dental Group was the perfect choice! I was able to make an appointment for a cleaning very quickly, and my hygienist Jackie was super kind. The office was super spacious and clean too.

The staff, dentist, and dental hygienist Lauren were absolutely awesome/amazing. Now I understand why they got voted the best. They simply are, and I highly recommend them!

Had a much better experience here than Downtown Dental. They were able to save me almost 1k by avoiding a deep cleaning when I didn’t have insurance.

Absolutely 10/10 service and experience. I'd like to preface this by saying I'm a difficult, fussy, sensitive patient who has done everything possible to avoid going to the dentist. Went for a cleaning and they identified 1 cavity which I was promptly scheduled to fix. I was terrified of the idea of being numbed up and work done. I can't say thank you enough to Dr. Lee and his dental assistant Patrice. They did a wonderful job, didn't feel the numbing process, and my tooth looks absolutely spectacular. They were highly professional and motivated to make sure I got the care I needed. Thank you so much again!!!

Dentist and pleasurable typically aren't spoken in the same sentence, however, I can honestly use this word to describe my visit. My hygienist, Lauren was excellent. She was very personable, explained each step in detail and she is very gentle. Dr. Le was awesome as well. His oral exam was thorough as he looked for oral cancer and checked my lymph nodes. Any questions I had he answered and made sure I felt comfortable. The receptionist Emily was very pleasant and accommodating. This office has a calm and relaxing aesthetic. The technology they use makes it easy to get the x-rays completed. No bulky equipment either. I can see why they were voted Best Dentist in Jacksonville. They are!

I've found the perfect dental office! Wonderful people who LISTEN and design the best program for you. The cutting edge technologies are obviously a huge plus, but the people make Carlson the gem that it is. A strong mixture of talent, personality, and positive attitudes, they quickly remove any stress or fear you have. This was the only dental office I have ever visited that was truly "pain free" and their continued concern with my comfort was very reassuring. Do you need another reason to visit?
