I will forever come here for any dental needs! Every member there is always willing to help and always has a smile on their face! They make the process easy and enjoyable.

All of the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They took a lot of much time explaining each step of the procedure. Dr. Morantes-Villalobos was so knowledgeable. It made for a very pleasant experience!

Excellent customer service, doctors are pleasant, professional. Front desk and hygienist are nice and friendly. The practice is very welcoming, a breath of fresh air. My 6 year old and myself highly recommend!!!

Can't give enough praise to Osiris! She was our hygienist for my 5 year old boy and could sense he was anxious, so she explained every single instrument to him, let him see and touch them and this kind gesture, put him at such ease! She even brought out a dinosaur for him to hold and play with while he was getting his cleaning! Thank you Carolinas Dentist and Osiris! We'll definitely be back!

I can not express how much I truly enjoy going here. I see Dr.Carol and you know this office is a trusted place soon as you walk in. I love seeing how clean and neat everything is. I have noticed small things that they do even for their front desk staff. I never wait long to get called back nor do I ever have any issues getting someone to answer my call. When I walk through the office to my exam room I notice that the lines are clean and everything seems very well maintained. Dr. Carol did alot of work on my teeth to restore them and I can not express how well of a job he did. I have seen other providers there when he was not in and even they did amazing. I felt safe and I love that the staff is there because they want too. One of the assistants told me she wants to change the bad views on dentistry and that reflects in the whole office. For me to go out of my way to write a review like this just says how amazing of an office this place is. Only thing I wish is that I saw you guys more than every 6months lol. Oh and yall need to step up the treasure chest game.

Everybody was awesome. My hygienist was great, I just didn’t get her name. Q was amazing. She advocates well for her patient and I even got an “on the spot” cleaning appointment because of her. She’s the best!! Highly recommend.

Every person I interacted with today was kind, compassionate and caring. My whole experience was positive from check in to check out. I always enjoy the personal care I receive each time I have an appointment. I recommend this practice to all of my friends.

My experience was the best experience I ever had my 43 years of going to the dentist. My doctor was Phenomenal and her assistant Stephanie omg was the absolute best. I would recommend them to anybody. I have real bad, dental anxiety. My doctor made me feel so comfortable. She uses a technique that takes your mind off of what’s really happening. Thank you all so much. I can smile again.

The front desk ladies were absolute rockstars today. I had to bring my baby with me at the appointment (due to last minute childcare issue) and they offered to watch her the entire time. They were so kind and thoughtful to offer. Dr. Carroll is one of the best dentists I've ever had and this clinic have some of the most professional dental hygienist/assistants in town. They always take good care of me. I'm very lucky to have found this place for my dental needs.
