Carroll County Dental Associates

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. We switched over to Carroll county dental associates a few years ago because our old dentist no longer took our insurance, and I'm so grateful. Dr Frank is great to work with, all the staff are patients and kinds, and willing to answer any question that I have. My whole family loves them.

Another great experience! Angie was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning and Dr. Fallahi was very professional and kind and also gentle and thorough. I feel very well taken care of!

Carroll County Dental Associates is absolutely a wonderful practice. Having been a health director for many years, I am very picky! But I had nothing to pick about honestly. The Front office staff was kind, courteous, and very eager to help you. I was to have a full cleaning, but because of two total knee replacements and a recent heart issue, the practice wanted a letter to clear me before any cleaning was completed. The Dental hygienist was so helpful. In the mean time full mouth X-rays were taken due to the extensive dental work I have had. Then the dentist came in. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was able to give a partial exam. He also suggested I take a prescription strength fluoride gel and leave it on my gums at night. This is due to my extreme dry mouth from an autoimmune disease. Then came time to check out, the staff person I had was so friendly, kind and patient as she checked her system to combine two appts into one all before the end of the year. I left with my treatment plan which showed charges that I would be responsible for after being submitted into insurance. Overall I would give this practice 4+, for the following: professionalism. Helpfulness, Outstanding coordination, customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work and I am so glad I am on of your patients!

My husband went for an emergency appointment at Carroll County Dental Associates about a year and a half ago, they were phenomenal! We recently had check up appointments and as usual everyone was amazing! They set a plan up for us accordingly to our needs. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone (but one) was cordial, professional, and accommodating to us as first time customers. Unfortunately, my positive experience was interrupted by a young Staff who appeared to be mad at the world, rude to her colleagues, and tried to be rude to me as i tried to make my followup appointment. She could seriously use some culture sensitivity and diversity training. And learn respect for others, including her team members. (But for that young lady,) my overall experience was positive.
