Nurses and office staff were great. A well-run surgi-center. Dr. Lee-Young is very nice, called to let my husband know everything was fine. Talked to me before and after procedure

The most professional and efficient medical procedure I've ever experienced. I appreciate the work of Hannah and all of the staff to make me feel like I was the only person in their care. But actually there would be more than a dozen people coming through that day. Dr. Lee-Young is the best.

Had a great experience yesterday while getting a routine colonoscopy done. My nurse Hannah was great! Dr. Lee-Young was wonderful. All the nurses and anesthesiologist were great at explaining each step through the process. Also check in was easy and right on time. I also had a great experience with Dionne Brown, NP for the consultation before hand.

I recently had an upper endoscopy for the first time performed by Dr. Lee-Young. The staff/nurses were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The steps of the procedure were walked through with me to make sure I understood what to expect. Dr. Lee-Young talked to me before and after the procedure and had wonderful bedside manner. I had only spoken to him for a few minutes but he made a great impression. Jane and Esther were awesome with my prep and post-op. The anesthesiologist could have spoken a little more loudly and clearly when going over the standard questions. Overall a great experience!

The staff in the surgical suite were superb. Took extremely good care of me. Dr. Kim is great, as always. Would have liked to have gotten my follow up appointment with him sooner. Some of the upper office staff could use some pointers when dealing with hearing impaired patients, especially given we aren't able to hear with people having to wear masks.
