Really great staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They do a great job laying out options as far treatments without any pressure. Dr Bhuma is really kind and knowledgable. My favorite dentist I've had.

Honestly disappointed with my experience. The hygienist and receptionist were both very nice, but the dentist came in to review my X-rays and 3D scan and immediately started pushing additional treatments and costs for things I absolutely did not need. It’s disappointing how difficult it is to find an honest and trustworthy family dental practice in major cities. Time and time again, corporate dental offices like this one seem more focused on maximizing profit than actually taking care of patients. I came in for a routine cleaning, and if I didn’t know any better, I could have easily walked out agreeing to nearly $1,000 in unnecessary out-of-pocket costs. If you’re looking for a dentist who will be straightforward with you and not constantly try to upsell services, I would avoid this place. When they need to pull out a full spreadsheet explaining all the extra charges your insurance “doesn’t cover,” it makes it pretty clear this is a routine sales pitch. Do better, Carus

My location closed and I was transferred to the Carus on Ben white. Scheduling was very easy. I got several text alerts and reminders. I was able to do the paperwork in advance. The day of my appointment I was greeted quickly and taken back. I did need X-rays and a cleaning but the entire appt was about an hour. My hygienist and dentist are both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Check out was quick and I was on my way. The office is neat and clean. I highly recommend this location.

Recently took my daughter here for her dental cleaning and lemme just say I truly recommend this office! Both Dr.Bhuma and her assistant Carla truly took their time explaining everything and anything to make her feel comfortable. 10/10 look forward to coming back for my own appointment! The front staff was super welcoming as well.

I am more than thrilled with Sydney Who is so friendly and hard-working! She is the awesome awesome Front Desk person who answers all my questions and is so thorough!!!!! I. told her when I was there this week she’s The best Front Desk person I’ve ever worked with anywhere! She handles all my insurance needs all my dental questions, etc. I can’t say enough good things about her!!! And my dental hygienist, Ana, is really really awesome also. My angel. I am very nervous when I go to the dentist but when I’m around her, I just feel very calm because she’s so easy-going friendly, professional-and chill! She does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. I couldn’t be more thrilled with this dentist office! Thank you guys so so much!!!
