It is always such a nice experience going to Dr. Chin. All of the staff are extremely professional, kind and very thorough. Dr. Chin genuinely takes his time to make you his top priority when he checks in with you, answering any of your questions. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant each time I come in! The facility is always clean, organized and exudes a very calming atmosphere.

The most wonderful and kind dental office I have ever been to. Every single person on staff, front desk, the hygienist, and doctors alike have made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

Love the team - everyone is so kind and their energy makes going to the dentist enjoyable! They also are real but I do not feel any judgement (and this is a big deal from a gal who forgets to floss)! Also, I feel the technology available in clinic is state of the art - from a probe that models my teeth on the screen in minutes to the 3D printer that prints a tooth! They take extra time to make sure the outcome is correct and work with me as needed on billing!!

Dr.Kraft was very nice & knowledgeable. I think she will be able to help my years of try mouth. I'm waiting for lab results from my spit. She is concerned about the whole person. She takes giid notes & offers a wealth of information. Ill see her again in July when I get back.

All the positive reviews here pretty much reflect my incredibly wonderful personal experience with this practice! In all my (many) years, I have never witnessed this level of friendliness, professionalism, compassion and expertise across an entire dental practice. From the welcoming and personable front desk folk, to the focus and superlative skills of Dr Chin and his entire support staff, it's actually been a good ride (I mean, really, when was the last time you were enthused about going to the dentist?) Personally, I think they should consider consulting or giving seminars about how to do true "patient-centric" care to other dental/medical practices

The staff and Doctor Chen are all amazing at Casas adobes dentristy. I am getting implant arches and they have been so attentive during the process. Its expensive but so worth it. I am thrilled with the results so far, maybe I'll update this eventually when the process is complete, to include pics, so much better than dentures. Most people i knew with dentures hate them so i decided the expense was worth it for implants and so glad i just did it.

Excellent dentist with a lot of good reviews. Leah is the best.😇 Would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the first appointment is 2 hours. Not thrilled about the skeleton decorations but will deal with it. 😉 Thank you from your Tucson friends. 😎😇🙏
