My family and I have been going to this dental office since 2021 when Dr. Murray was the dentist and owner. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the way we were treated, from the front desk staff to hygienists, dental assistants and dentist. Now the office has a new dentist, and unfortunately, after yesterday’s appointment and experience, my family and I will no longer be going to this office. It confirmed my gut feeling about this doctor 100%. He has horrible bedside manners. He speaks condescending at times and reflects an attitude that screams “money hungry”. Even my children had said he is very rough during their teeth cleaning appointments. I was scheduled for my appointment at 1.30pm and didn’t leave until after 5pm (I was the last one to leave). As a patient, I expect some common courtesy when I am scheduled for a procedure, meaning I am totally fine if the doctor takes care of another patient while I am waiting for my local anesthesia to kick in. But to leave 2 to 3 times during my procedure to take care of other patients is unacceptable in my opinion. If you overbooked yourself, be upfront and say something but don’t leave other patients hanging in a freezing room and an uncomfortable chair. He even had to give me a second local anesthesia to finish up the work. I left the office in tears and I’ve never been in so much pain after receiving fillings and the following day. Just be aware that, unfortunately, this dentist does not reflect the 4.8 rating.
Only two stars because the staff is wonderful. However the new doctor is absolutely awful. This place was a godsend until he was brought in this past year. Very condescending, rude, and money hungry. Treated me so awful I left in tears. Very rough with his work as well. I don’t leave reviews often but knowing how stressful a new dentist is, please beware.
Dr. Murray and the staff has been so phenomenal from day one. Hands down, this has been the best dentist office I’ve ever been to in Maryland & Georgia I received a card in the mail the next day welcoming me after my visit. Dr. Murray called me personally, to see how I was doing after 2 days after pulling my tooth. 🙌 I was so pleased my 9 yr old daughter will start coming her now.
I'm a carry-over patient from Dr. Cylus and have been using Dr. Murry for a few years now. He is excellent! And the staff hygienists are as well. I've had a number of procedures done and I am a SUPER high anxiety person, he is always so kind and gentle and most importantly understanding of how anxious I can get. I bring both my kids here, the staff is sweet and appointments are always easy to come by. Its everything I need in a dentist, highly recommend them.
I always have anxiety going to the dentist. Went for my first appointment recently. The staff is so friendly. They make you feel like a person and not just a number. Margaret is amazing. She rocks! Made me feel calm.
