Have been with this dentist for over 30 years. Always very happy with the service and care. So nice to see the same faces when you go. Especially when you're scared of dentists. Thank you for your services. May they continue.

Very unimpressed with wording on website about refusing to have an email contact. It is making this service inaccessible to those with different needs.

Excellent care by Martin Law and his practice. They have always offered brilliant services and managed to arrange several emergency appointments for ne at short notice. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had an appointment on 3 June as was told that I needed to be referred to another dentist and to wait about a week before I heard anything. I waited just over 2 weeks and contacted new practice. They had not received any referral. They were good enough to contact castle dentist and even collected referral personally. I waited another week and contacted new practice and was told my referral had been withdrawn. So therefore I contacted castle dentist yet again and was told they had no idea what was going on. New practice rang me and gave me an appointment and explain everything. I was absolutely astounded at the communications I read and just felt like piggy in the middle. So basically I paid £40 to chase my referral and make endless phone calls. I shall certainly not be using this practice again as they appear so incompetent.

I really do not like dentists so I do not go to the dentist very often. However a broken tooth sent me to the dentist today and I am happy to say that the experience was not bad at all. The dentist I saw today was gentle and very kind. The injection to numb the area did not hurt at all??? I still don’t understand how they managed to put a needle in my gum without pain. The tooth was filled and I was out of the door within 30 minutes. Thank you very much, my opinion of dentists has changed a little. :)

Mr Law at Castle Dental is the best dental surgeon I have used. I have been using this practice for 10 years now and have been impressed with the effective dental work he has done for me. I am soon to move away from the area but will still make the trip back when necessary - he is that good.
