As someone who isn’t used to going to the dentist, I can’t say enough good things about Catlett Family Dental. They were welcoming from the start and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everything was quick, efficient, and friendly, and the cost was very reasonable. If you need a dentist that actually cares and treats you right, go here. I don't usually leave reviews after a first visit, but this office absolutely earned one. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was UNBELIEVABLE. The nurse was fantastic, the doctor was fantastic, and everyone at the front desk was absolutely amazing from check in to check out.!!!! Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I'll admit, when you read glowing reviews online, it's easy to wonder if they're too good to be true. After my experience, I can honestly say the reviews for this office are well deserved. The care I received was top-notch from start to finish. I called with a dental emergency, and somehow they got me in the very same morning. I still don't know how they managed it, but I'm incredibly grateful they did. They took the time to explain everything, helped me understand my treatment options, and made me feel like getting the care I need is actually achievable. For the first time in my life, I'm genuinely looking forward to going back to the dentist for my follow-up appointment in two weeks. That's something I never thought I'd say. If you're looking for a new dentist, do yourself a favor and give them a chance. They completely exceeded my expectations, and I truly think I've found my dentist. A+ all the way around.

My family and I have been patients at Dr. Catlett’s office for over twenty years! We’ve referred many families, and we’ll continue to do so. They genuinely treat us and all patients like family!! Recently, my husband had a severe toothache and needed to be seen. He contacted Dr. Catlett’s office, and they promptly scheduled him for an appointment with Dr. Laurence. After being seen, Dr. Laurence referred him to an endodontist for a root canal. Dr. Laurence and Morgan (one of the amazing ladies upfront) were amazing! They collaborated with the endodontist’s office to expedite the process. My husband underwent the root canal, and shortly after, Morgan called to check on him. She even assisted us with a few insurance inquiries we had. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to check on my husband and demonstrated genuine care. She made sure to inform us that Dr. Laurence was also checking on him. Unfortunately, such exceptional customer service is not very common these days. It’s SO nice to know that you have a Dentist office who truly cares! We highly recommend that you also join Dr. Catlett’s family for your dental needs!

It was my first time having a consultation at Catlett Clinic. I was worried about whether it was a good clinic and if the staff were accommodating. On my first visit, they showed that their management is well organized. The clinic is clean, orderly, and smells fresh. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breena was very attentive and took care of me, and she thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and so with the Dentist.I am hoping that on my next visits, this will become our family dentist. 😊

Dr. Desai who works in Dr. Catlett's practice and the assistant Alyssa got my smile back. She did amazing work. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. Also need to mention my hygienist Bailey as well. See ya'll again in 6 months ! Highly recommend.

I have a phobia when it comes down to going to the dentist. I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. I express my concerns with Sidney and she scheduled my appointment when she was working that day to ensure that I was comfortable and happy. The dental hygienist, the dental assistant were very wonderful . They made sure I was comfortable and anxiety free. I went for second visit and I highly recommend them. My dentist treated me awesome and she made sure I was comfortable and understood my anxiety and work through it with me. They were very patient and kind. I’m glad that I finally found someone who understands my needs. Thank you to all the staff they were great from entering to exiting the visit.

Having moved from New Jersey and in need of a dentist, I am forever blessed it was Dr. Catlett and his team who came highly recommended. Upon stepping into their office for the very first time, you cannot help but feel the warmth and charm of this office and team, all who immediately make you feel a part of their family. You can never expect anything less than a helpful, most friendly, vibrant smile, from Morgan at the front desk, to an immensely helpful Sydnie getting you immediately on the schedule during an emergency crisis. Saw both Dr. Desai and Dr. Laurence on two separate occasions, both of whom were extremely thorough in going above-and-beyond with evaluating the precise areas of concern, as well as explaining all plans going forward. It was their assistant Maygan that was ever-most-pleasant and skilled with achieving all X-rays that were required during visit #1. It was my very next visit where I encountered their dental hygienist, Breena, who absolutely proved by far to be the absolute best hygienist I’ve ever encountered in over 55 years of visiting a dentist. She was so knowledgeable and great at what she does best, and at her side was yet another exceptional assisting hygienist, Tiana, who was indeed a big help to the task at hand. The equipment used is absolutely all state-of-the-art, thus providing top-notch dental care. All in all, I am writing this review in giving recognition where it is absolutely due. Without a doubt, it is the expertise, professionalism, extreme care, and friendliness of this entire Dr. Catlett and team that set them apart. A dedicated team that clearly knows how to make a difference, and a brilliant dental group that anyone would highly value! Whoa! Fast forward … got crowned today (1/20/2026) for the very first time by the absolute BEST, Dr. Laurence, and her incredibly wonderful assistant, Tiffany. For sure, behind every good smile stands an exceptional doctor and team who know how to make a difference when it comes to healthy teeth. This dental office and their staff are amazing! They are the most professional while maintaining a personal relationship, type attitude and atmosphere of any practice or business I have encountered. The front office and the wonderful ladies upfront always go the extra mile to make you feel special and welcome. They always try to get you in there and scheduled for any needs you may have or anything that comes up unexpectedly. And of course the dentists and dental hygienist and entire staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. A great experience at a type place you always don’t want to have to go to.
