Neighborhood family dentist in Denver

Set up on Akron Way in Denver, Ccd Dental Hygiene Clinic runs as a general-dentistry practice set up for the everyday work most patients actually need. The clinic is built around the day-to-day work — not boutique marketing — and serves adults and kids in one familiar place. The shape of the practice fits patients who want a clear conversation about what's actually needed, with treatment staged around real priorities rather than a one-shot proposal on the first visit. If you're scoping a Denver dental option, this is a sensible practice to put on a short list of candidates and book a first visit with.
Service coverage spans the standard general-dentistry breadth: routine cleanings and exams, tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, basic extractions, and gum-disease management. The practice also handles after-hours emergency dental visits for cracked teeth or sudden pain when patients need them, alongside the routine preventive work. Restorations lean conservative — composite material rather than amalgam — and most needs are kept in-house, with specialty referrals reserved for cases that genuinely call for them rather than offered up front.
If you've recently moved into the area and want a no-drama dental home for the whole family, this is the kind of practice where booking a first cleaning is a reasonable opening move.
Cost positioning sits in the typical Denver general-dentistry range, with most major insurance plans accepted and clear pretreatment estimates before restorative work begins. Patients searching for family dental practice in Denver, routine dental care in Denver, or general dentist near me in Denver commonly land at neighborhood practices like this one — generalists rather than narrow specialty offices. It suits families wanting consistency over many years, patients who value predictable scheduling, and anyone who'd rather have one trusted dentist see the same teeth across decades than rotate through a corporate group practice. The Denver location works for patients already running errands in this part of Denver, and parking and transit access tend to be straightforward for the surrounding blocks.
Ccd Dental Hygiene Clinic on Akron Way in Denver runs a general-dentistry practice covering cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, and basic emergency care for adults and kids for Denver families. The practice handles in-house cases day to day rather than referring out.

Highly disappointed that I wasted an entire day to come get my teeth cleaned only to be turned away because I hadn't gotten a crown done that was diagnosed at my last visit in 9/24. Unbelievable. I worked in dentistry for over 20 years and we would never turn away a hygiene patient because they hadn't gotten a crown done. Maybe I haven't had the time to get it done because I barely had time to even come in today. I would have totally understood if I was a perio patient who was neglecting my perio and had a mouth full of decay that I wasn't taking care of and only wanted my teeth bleached, but my teeth are in great shape, light to mod calc, and I get a basic adult prophy, and I was still turned away over ONE tooth. Last time I was even told I have very little build up and was such an easy patient. I wasted an entire day and paid a babysitter for nothing. I also asked if they could take an x-ray to check on that tooth and they even refused to do that. I thought I found a great place to continue my hygiene care but I will not be back.
Had the absolute pleasure to take my local anesthesia course taught by Ashley Radilla and got to work with the faculty fo the hygiene department, specifically Mindy. These guys were fabulous! For a course that can be extremely nerve racking they made the atmosphere so much more calming and light hearted! Great real world applications and instruction, really can't say enough wonderful things about the department faculty, thank you guys!
Before this, I hadn't seen a dentist in 25+ years. The student who is fixing my face is Gabriel Carmosino and he is doing a fantastic job. He has been careful and gentle, not afraid to ask for help/take instruction from his teachers, and non-judgemental. The teachers have also been attentive and kind. I've had appointments here for myself and both of my young children and will continue to do so.
Andi did a great job however I’m disappointed with the front desk. I needed my xrays sent to my new dentist and I left the school a voicemail telling them the email address. I called them again three days later and they said they didn’t send my xrays because they couldn’t understand the email address. They said they would send it over and when I got to my dental appointment they never sent over my xrays. I called them multiple times day of my appointment to figure out what happened but no answer. So I had to repay for xrays. I got a call from the school the day after my appointment telling me they had sent my xrays in a very snippy tone.
Madi is amazing, I was super nervous but she and her "faculty" have been very understanding and accommodating!! So after 12 years Madi convinced me it's time and I'm so happy she did!!!
