Grateful for superb service today at Cedar Walk Dentistry! Dental hygienist Alex was friendly, efficient and thorough, but not rushed. The staff and dentist were also friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this practice.

There is a receptionist who is very rude and has an attitude every time you call this place. Don’t know who it is.

Their new crown over an old filling fell out less than a year after replacement. I had complained of pain months earlier after the initial crown was placed but was told everything was fine. The tooth then died resulting in a root canal and replacement crown. Husband was told he needed fillings. He saw a new dentist in Ballantyne and said nothing about needing fillings per Cedar Walk. His teeth are just fine. No fillings required per new dentist. I regret staying with them as long as we did and putting up with shoddy and unnecessary work (and cash grabs) despite great insurance.

I am a long time customer, having had cleanings, fillings, and crowns with consistently good results. Scheduling is easy, staff, including dentists, are attentive and experienced. If you are looking for a dentist in Ballantyne or surrounding areas I recommend you check them out.

This is the worst dentistry you can ever go too. Its 1 and 1/2 months, by right side has been deep cleaned and the appointment for left side keeps getting postponed. Again they call today saying they need to postpone, i fail to understand what kind of dentistry they are running… a) Front lady has no customer service inclination, she speaks so rude, maybe she speaks well with some folks she likes, but not even once she ever greeted me or spoke in a nice manner; b) Struggled with setting appointment with them via insurance… complexity with my insurance provider and they need to key in lot of information. My deep cleaning episode is 3-4 months long… and still not over. I wish i could pull of from them midway and go to someone else…. I am soo soo frustrated… with half my mouth deep cleaned 🙁

I had an excellent experience at Cedar Walk Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. The dental cleaning was by far the most thorough and gentle I’ve ever had. The dentist and the entire team are exceptionally skilled, warm, and experienced. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Cedar Walk for several years now and have been nothing but impressed each visit. Each staff member is so kind, friendly and professional. It’s so nice to have a dentist you can trust. I highly recommend!

WORST DENTISTRY, FRONT OFFICE STAFF RUDE, DOCTOR AND ASSISTANT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY DESTROYED MY MOUTH BY HARDEST INJECTION , THEY CANT PERFORM BASIC FILLING AND CROWN, I AM IN PAIN FOR 2 WEEKS THEY DONT CARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I would give negative 1000 star if i could, they can not perform basic filling and other work, they dont care if you are in pain , DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
