Centennial Smiles is hands-down the best dental practice I have experienced in decades. The environment is warm, impeccably clean, relaxed, and sophisticated. Dr. Rhemtulla is incredibly empathetic, knowledgeable, and patient. Her entire team deserves recognition: the front desk is so efficient that I have never had to wait past my appointment time, and the hygienists are outstanding. In particular, Shalom stands out for her exceptional work. She does a phenomenal job with cleanings, and the invaluable education and dental health advice she provides during visits is a truly appreciated service and very beneficial. As a lovely bonus, their high-end takeaway care bags reflect the immense pride and thought they put into client care. I cannot recommend this exceptional team enough.

I have been going to Centennial Smiles for a couple of years and got a night guard from the clinic. A one of the appointments I was told to get the night guard adjusted. And was charged $296 for the adjustment, which is a ridiculous amount for an adjustment and a night guard that I purchased from the clinic, additionally the cost of the adjustment was never disclosed until I had to make payment. The visit was in February and then today I get an email saying that the claim only covers $21 and without my authorization I was charged $216 on my credit card. The lack of communication over fees and charging my credit card without authorization is unprofessional, especially when it’s been 4 months since the visit.
