As far as the dentist goes, very pleasant experience

I have been going to Centennial Smiles for a couple of years and got a night guard from the clinic. A one of the appointments I was told to get the night guard adjusted. And was charged $296 for the adjustment, which is a ridiculous amount for an adjustment and a night guard that I purchased from the clinic, additionally the cost of the adjustment was never disclosed until I had to make payment. The visit was in February and then today I get an email saying that the claim only covers $21 and without my authorization I was charged $216 on my credit card. The lack of communication over fees and charging my credit card without authorization is unprofessional, especially when it’s been 4 months since the visit.

Anna did my microdermabrasion ahead of my wedding date and was fabulous! She shared with me aftercare/post skincare routine to hold onto my results and so far, so good! My skin was glowing on the day of and still is. Thank you Anna!

I had my first appointment and was impressed. Shalom answered all my questions and informed me of everything about my teeth while doing the cleaning. Dr. Remtullah walked me through treatment options and next steps. Zarah was excellent in communicating with my insurance as well as explaining the billing process. I got a new patient welcome kit which included a free electric toothbrush!

We have nothing but ansolutely BEAUTIFUL things to say about Centennial smiles and all of their team!! They are the sweetest, kindest and most attentive dental clinic we've ever been to!! And all the staff is so wonderful but also a huge recognition to Zarah who has assisted us from the beggining of our jorney and her attitude and personality just makes everything shine even brighter, she has gone above and beyond to help us. We came in to get our teeth fixed for our upcoming wedding and thanks to them we were able to have the most beautiful teeth in our wedding! Friendly staff that always makes me feel relaxed and welcome. Very conscientious and thorough with their cleanings and review of my dental health. The front desk is a dream to work with and makes sure I am well taken care of.

I was in Calgary on business and needed an emergency crown repair. They got me in in right away and did a fantastic job. I was due for a cleaning so I had it done at the same time and they were so attentive and thorough. Pointing out a few things my long term dentist and hygienist had not. I would highly recommend them.

Hands down the best Dental care i have gotten in my life! I was in pain and crying and these ladies did everything they could to make sure im taken care of.
