Dr. Vilma Pelaez Annicelle is an exceptional dentist. When you go to this practice the excellence starts the minute you walk through the door. Check-in is smooth, any questions you have are answered. If the receptionist can’t answer the question, they locate the person who can. I have found over the past six years that this practice strives to have patients spend limited amount of time in waiting room. Appt timelines are very consistent; if you have an appt at a certain time, your in the dental chair within several minutes of your scheduled time. The dental assistants and hygienists are welcoming and I’m always appreciative of how attentive they are to patient comfort and answering questions. I should have a picture of a chicken on my dental file, I’m anxious when I’m at the dentist and very aware that I’m probably not the easiest of patients. Dr. Pelaez Annicelle has endless patience, kindness and is a calming presence. I appreciate that she takes the time to explains what will occur and what is coming next during a procedure. If it’s a long procedure and you need a short break, never a problem. When I have needed a referral, Dr. Pelaez Annicelle provides several which allows to me to look at reviews, check insurance and then select. Never any pressure to select a practice. You take referrals home and make your decision. The two practices I selected from her referrals for additional dental work have been excellent. As a patient I appreciate that when she observes a dental issue that is just starting to evolve, she takes the time to discuss what is occurring and what to be aware of for the future. This is extremely helpful as dental care costs are not inexpensive. Check out is just as seamless as check in. Questions are answered as the staff are extremely helpful assisting with understanding and explaining language in your dental policy. From my experiences over the last six years, I would highly recommend this practice.
I have been a patient of this practice for more than 10 years. I have always had a good experience. The practice has upgraded their systems to allow easy communication between patients and providers and reminders about appointments. These changes are very much in synch with patients experience with use of smartphones for communication. One thing I would suggest is that providers review XRay images with patients. It would help them to better understand concerns that providers have and reasons for recommendations.
Center Dental Office is truly the best. Everyone is always so kind. The doctors are very knowledgeable and take great care of their patients. As someone who had bad experiences with other dentists, they noticed my nervousness and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve always had a great experience here!
I had a wonderful experience at Center Dental Office. Since I moved back to CT, I had been having an incredibly difficult time finding a dental office that was taking on new patients or willing to schedule an appointment for me sooner than 8 months out. Dr. Pelaez was incredibly accommodating and was able to see me two days after reaching out to her office. She and her staff made me feel very comfortable and she did an amazing job talking me through the first steps of a multi-step plan for dental work I needed done without making me feel overwhelmed. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
I had my first appointment with Center Dental today. I was very impressed with how the office runs so smoothly with everyone working as a team, I felt very taken care of. Dr Annicelle was referred to me by a friend along with the hygienist Christine who I've not met yet but I did have the pleasure of meeting Debbie. I'm so happy to have found this group. Dr Annicelle to the great job explaining the procedure I'm needing, answering questions I didn't even know I had.
