Such a wonderful experience!

Couldn’t ask for a better experience in every way and what an absolutely gorgeous space! Felt like I went to the spa.

Love this place! From the time you enter the office, you are greeted warmly and then surrounded by light and beauty in the thoughtfully procured and decorated waiting room. Everyone seems to be happy and content in their jobs which speaks volumes. Dr. Forbes is kind and extremely competent. Now this practice is definitely not the least expensive option however, I would recommend going with them before you have to have something redone/fixed by them that was incompetently done by another dentist’s office. I recently found them during an online Google search for biological dentistry. I drive from Huntsville, AL, to Cool Springs, TN, which is about an hour and 45 minutes one way and it is 1000% worth it!! I only wish I had found them before I had a tooth pulled, and an implant put in by an oral surgeon. I’ve also had several cavities addressed by the dentist I’ve been going to for over 3 years who I completely trusted. Two of those fillings began hurting whenever I would floss or press on the tooth’s surface. Dr. Forbes repaired one of those yesterday. I’ve never had such a great experience with a filling before. From the shot to the finished product, it was all done well and in a timely fashion. The tooth repaired yesterday was one that gave me pain every time I bit down and flossed in between. My dentist in Huntsville wanted to open it up and do a sedative filling. It turns out I didn’t need that or the extra fluoride involved with that process. The pain I was experiencing was because the cavity repair material had not bonded properly with my tooth. Dr. Forbes fixed that yesterday and made it possible for me to bite down with no pain as soon as the anesthesia wore off. He also restored the biting surface of my tooth to look & feel like a tooth and to connect and fit in with my bottom teeth in my bite. My previous dentist had filed the tooth down until it would no longer touch, which alleviated a lot of my pain. However, teeth are made to touch. I can now chew and floss without pain thanks to Dr. Forbes!! I had asked Dr. Forbes to give me his opinion about having my dentist redo the other tooth in question especially since there’s now a large gap between the molars which causes food to get stuck every time I eat. (That wasn’t an issue prior to the repair.) He said it was definitely reasonable to ask them to fix it properly. This was my plan until I decided on the drive home that I would ask him to repair it when I go back up to have my implant seated in a few weeks. To be clear, this office doesn’t just do great work. They also provide extremely helpful and educational consultations. They work with clients to help them understand options for re-mineralizing and building strong teeth, and how to foster great oral health overall. Without hesitation, I recommend them and will be telling all my crunchy friends about them.

I had a great first appointment at Center for Advanced Dentistry! Everyone was kind and helpful, and I was given very helpful tips on how to take better care of my teeth moving forward.

Wow. I truly am blown away about how amazing this office is. From someone who has had severe dental trauma, this is the most incredible office. Dr. Forbes is the most personable doctor I’ve ever been around. He TRULY cares about the health and wellbeing of his patients. The whole staff is incredibly kind and treats everyone with love and respect, and this office is beautiful! I’ve never felt more welcome somewhere. I 1000% recommend 🙌

I hate a dentist's office. Truly, I do. Not this one. My second time there today, and I wanted to wait to write a review until I had been there twice. I couldn't believe that the first one was the standard, and I figured they might be waiting until i came back the second time to hurt me. But nope. These guys are wonderful. Everyone in the office is super super nice. Katie cleaned my teeth up and was super nice. Easy to find, and there's a great coffee shop closeby, too. Thanks, ya'll. I absolutely love this place! Dr. K and Dr. Forbes are outstanding—knowledgeable, skilled, and truly trustworthy. The staff makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in, which means so much to me. I really appreciate their holistic approach to dental care. I’ve had dental anxiety my whole life since I was a child, especially when needing work done, but Center for Advanced Dentistry is the first place I actually enjoy visiting. It’s definitely worth my 2-hour, 15-minute drive. I’ve been a patient since October 2025. After another dentist told me I needed a root canal, Dr. K took the time to explain his perspective and offer alternative options. I truly appreciated his honesty. I’m currently excited about getting my partial plate, and as always, they’ve been wonderful to work with. I also love the teeth chart in the waiting room. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how attentive and thorough the staff was. Everything was clearly explained before and during my appointment, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. You can tell they prioritize both patient education and comfort, which goes a long way. The level of professionalism here is top-tier, but it’s paired with genuine care—you don’t feel rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule. They take their time and make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines advanced care with a patient-first approach, this is definitely the place. Highly recommend!

I visited Dr Forbes, due to a cracked tooth and a broken tooth. His staff is very professional, courteous and really put the patient first. When Dr Forbes entered the room, he answered all my questions with solid information. The x-ray ensured the roots for both teeth were still good. He chose a holistic approach - no mercury or foreign objects added, just repaired my teeth so they’d be fully functional. Even offered to make a mouthguard. One visit and within an hour and 45 minutes, my cracked tooth had the filling taken out and replaced, my broken tooth was cemented back in (thankfully, I kept it). I am good as new and grateful for experience.

Love the new location! The waiting room photo explaining how infections or root canals impact overall health is fascinating. I truly value your holistic approach. I drive from Nashville to Franklin, and it’s well worth it.

I’m so thankful for CAD. Their thoughtful care has changed my life. The need for an emergency root canal turned into a tooth extraction and beautiful implant. I was educated the dangers of root canals and was informed thoroughly from beginning to end to help me determine a new tooth was best for me. I’m so thankful for them easing my anxiety and being honest and upfront about costs. They’re Godly and good people. Best dentist experience ever! The staff and office personnel are all incredibly professional and attentive. The next office feels like a luxury spa experience.
