From start to finish, the treatment plan was clearly explained and completed to the highest standards. I have had excellent results, and it feels so good to be out of discomfort and able to function normally again. I would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience with the Center for Advanced Peridontal & Implant Therapy. Starting with the very detailed plan and care from Dr. Alaam which was second to none. His assistant, Francisco, is a very knowledgeable periodontal assistant and greatly facilitated the entire process every step of the way, a very sharp young man. The staff at reception/appointments are so kind and accommodating, making it an all around wonderful experience. No one wants to go to "the dentist" but this group makes it so much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this office; you won’t regret coming here. In fact, you’ll want to tell your family and friends. Dr. Aalam is great. He listens intently and truly cares, making you feel more like an old friend than just a patient. Professional, patient, and authentic are just a few words to describe the wonderful experience. Today was my second visit, and I had a deep cleaning that required anesthesia. My dental hygienist, Ava, was awesome. She has the hands of an angel and was both gentle and patient. I'm already telling everyone I know about this practice!

Throughout this entire journey, my daughter accompanied me to every appointment. From the front desk staff always being warm, organized, and highly professional in coordinating appointments, to the clinical team who patiently answered questions and offered constant reassurance - every single person went above and beyond. It is always a pleasure walking into this office and being greeted by such friendly and attentive members. There is also one particular moment we will never forget: shortly after my implant surgery, Dr. Aalam had an unexpected emergency and needed to fly out of the country. Despite this, he personally made sure to deliver my teeth himself before leaving to ensure everything was perfect and that I was okay. I don’t know many professionals who would do that under those circumstances. That level of dedication, integrity, and compassion speaks volumes about the kind of doctor and person Dr. Aalam is. Dr. Aalam is not only an exceptional periodontist; he is kind, honest, and trustworthy. From the moment you speak with him, you know you are in the best hands. He has a rare way of making you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend who genuinely wants the very best for you. Today, over a year later, I am celebrating not just a new smile, but renewed confidence, comfort, and quality of life. My daughter and I will forever be grateful for the care I received here during and after my surgery.
