I think God put Dr. Libby on this earth to be my dentist. I am so grateful for Dr. Libby, for her excellent professionalism and especially her patience with me. I got a smile makeover with several veneers and crowns, and it looks so natural. She would not stop until everything was perfect. She's an amazing doctor, extremely detailed-oriented and a perfectionist in her work, and she always knows exactly what to say to me to make me feel at peace and safe. I recommend her 100%. Also thank you to Aydee for always helping me patiently with everything administrative. She's so professional and kind. If you're looking for excellent quality dental treatment and an amazing cosmetic dentist, you must go to Dr. Libby! I will never go anywhere else!

My mother’s lower denture never fit properly and never functioned as intended. Despite multiple appointments and adjustments, the problem was never resolved. We lost a great deal of time, money, and effort trying to make it work. Although Dr. Libby has offered a refund for the lower denture, I believe this does not fully address what we experienced or the significant inconvenience caused. I was hoping for a solution that would restore my mother’s ability to eat and function comfortably, rather than simply ending the treatment with only a partial refund. My mother and I paid $14,500 in full upfront through a “LendingClub loan” for our dental treatment. I am still making monthly payments on that loan. My Invisalign treatment was never completed, and I had to seek care from another provider to continue my treatment. I believe I paid for a treatment that was not completed as originally planned. Regarding my mother’s treatment, a refund has been offered for her denture, but I hope a fair resolution can be reached for all of the issues we have experienced. I sincerely hope the office will resolve this matter appropriately. Once the refund process is complete and a final resolution has been reached, I will update this review so that others know how this situation was ultimately handled.

Attractive offer, but with hidden conditions. I contacted this office because I was interested in the advertised implant offer for $1,790, but I later found out that the price comes with conditions, including a membership. In the end, rather than feeling like a clear offer, it feels more like a hook to get people’s attention. For treatments this expensive, transparency should be there from the very beginning.

I went to Implant Center of Miami – Pompano Beach location expecting a professional and detailed evaluation of my dental case from Dr. David Cabazon. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After spending about 30 minutes taking X-rays and doing exams with the assistant (who was actually very kind), the doctor spent only a few minutes with me. The consultation felt more like a quick appearance to approve a treatment estimate than a true patient-focused evaluation. The explanation about my condition was very superficial, and I had to get most of the information by asking questions myself. When I mentioned discomfort in one of my molars, I was told it was “nothing,” even though I was clearly experiencing pain and discomfort. What concerned me the most was later finding out — after asking the assistant to confirm it with the doctor since he had already left the room — that my treatment should actually begin with orthodontics before even considering an implant. I believe this type of guidance should come directly from the doctor from the very beginning, as it is part of providing ethical and comprehensive patient care. I felt the focus was mainly placed on the implant itself, while other important aspects of my treatment were overlooked. As a patient, you expect to feel heard, properly guided, and genuinely cared for, especially with such delicate treatments. I hope my experience encourages other patients to ask every necessary question before making a decision… or better yet, consider getting a second opinion from another doctor.

Dr herzog is the best . I want you to know not only does she care about her patients, she also cares about you, your health and well being . I live 3,000 miles away but the prices and care can’t be beat . She makes everyone feel like family best dentistry hands down .

Dr. Herzog treats every patient like family! She takes the time to really listen to your concerns, answering every question with detail and clarity, making sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Her level of patience is commendable, especially for a scardy-cat like me! Her office manager, Glenda, is equally amazing - always on top of every detail when it comes to scheduling, billing and making the office run smoothly. She's genuinely friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel cared for from the minute you walk in. In addition, I have to give kudos to other members of Dr. Herzog's team, like Scott and Alicia, and especially Dr. Danni! With multiple locations serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties, you can't go wrong if you're looking for a dentist who combines world-class skill with genuine compassion in well-run, friendly offices. I highly recommend Dr. Herzog and her team!

The front desk team led by Glenda are undoubtedly professional, upbeat and great to be around. I had my teeth whiten last week and I could not be happier with the results. If you’re hesitating don’t!
