My first time here was fantastic. I have to put 1 star after my 2nd visit. I was told to return for another procedure, but instead I ended up doing another evaluation. I was then sent back and forth then told I would need to schedule an appointment for some kind of special advanced care, which they specifically told me I didn't need during the first visit. The service I received on the first visit compared to the second was like day & night. Any questions I asked during the second visit were completely disregarded and I got absolutely nothing accomplished during the visit. I was told they would contact me within 2 weeks for another visit. Its been almost 2 months with no update. When I was leaving from the second visit I mentioned I felt like I was being pushed under the rug and I'm sad to say that seems to be exactly what happened.

Great staff and doctors. Wait times can range an hour to 2 hours even with a scheduled appointment. They do lots of add ons per staff so be prepared to wait sometimes past your appointment time.

I would like to thank Irina Orlova for treating my teeth so well. She was very professional and attentive throughout the whole process, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her care.I would also like to praise her instructors for teaching her so well—their guidance is clearly reflected in the quality of her work. I would like to sincerely thank Irina Orlova, a student at the Dental School in San Antonio, for the excellent dental care she provided. She was very gentle, attentive, and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I am also grateful to her supervisors for their guidance and support, which is clearly reflected in her high-quality work. I have been seen the UT dentistry since November 2025 I have paid most of my services out of pocket. On April 16th 2026 I went in to have a dental implant, extracts of the remaining teeth and to receive my immediate dentures. Upon arrival the prices they quoted to me had doubled. I didn't get my implant. I got all my teeth extracted and was not giving my immediate dentures because some excuse that they broke. The doctor said she would call me and she has not called me yet to tell me when they will arrive. Now I have no teeth and I am a waitress they're asking me to work with no teeth in my mouth. Are they willing to do the same? I so regret coming to UT dentistry for my dental needs. This is an update: The UT dentistry reached out and made an appointment with me for 1:00 p.m. on Friday April the 24th to receive my dentures. They call me at 12:00 p.m. the day of to tell me that the dentures were not in. I still haven't received my dentures. They state for me to reach out to them. I have and they have not responded.

There is definitely a lack of transparency regarding prices. Received a surprise statement that isn't itemized.I wrote a message on My Chart requesting an itemized bill but no response. I also wrote the complaint department 4 days ago and havent heard from anyone. I plan on escalating this matter to the appropriate state oversight agency(s) if I don't hear back by the end of the week. I am not paying the additional money they claim I owe (even though I was told I only need to pay what I gave them at the time of service) until I can review and verify the charges. I gave them 2 stars bc the student and resident servicing me were excellent.

Paid my visit in full after being told if I returned same day that I would only pay $80. Paid in full and now received invoice for money that is owed. I don't understand why and I can't get ahold of anyone. Not very transparent on the prices. Do not recommend this school or its professionals. Mind you this was no work just an evaluation. Which I understand is needed but why are you charging more for a price I had already paid. What a rip off! Do not go to this school if you can avoid it. Prices are not cheaper.

The charged me $170 for the x-ray and exam . I only needed the exam because I paid for a X-ray upstairs . Then the price for 3 wisdom teeth removal was $1005.00 but the prices on the wall were cheaper than the prices given . It’s hassle making an appointment. They will have you come multiple times to pay for exam over and over . They leave you in pain . The price is suppose to be cheaper being a dental school but not any more . Find somewhere else

Other than getting lost and then being told wrong building. The experience was fantastic.I was late and still they let me in.And I was still at the front of the line, because my appointment was at that time. Unfortunately, they're not going to be able to help me.I'm going to have to go over to the surgical dental department. Students and teachers were fantastic!!
