The patient care in terms of clinician, office cleanliness, and scheduling is great! Also, it's beautiful to see a lot of women of color in the field as well. However, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE BILLING. This office has a tendency to charge for every simple aspect of your appointment that most dental plans don't cover. I usually ask for the numbing cream for my gums during cleaning which leads into an innocent conversation about gum sensitivity, flossing and recommendation to use Pronamel Sensodyne. (Yes I always take of my teeth, just have gum sensitivity when the cleaning tools are applied). Then the hygienist gave me a small kit of the sample Pronamel toothpaste, bristle toothbrush and floss. I received my statement for this visit and now owe $30 for ''Oral hygiene instructions" Procedure code D1330. I'll take the loss this time assuming the $30 is for the sample kit. HOWEVER NEXT TIME I WON'T EVER ENGAGE OR SHOW FRIENDLY INTERACTION ABOUT DENTAL HEALTH WITH THESE HYGIENISTS EVER AGAIN. This is my fourth time having a weird billing issue at this particular practice. I choose to come here because of their availability, friendliness and upgraded office but they want to nickle and dime patients for every little thing. Eventually, this will outweigh the great qualities about this practice.
Everyone was very welcoming and the area is extremely clean and comfortable. It was nice seeing all female staff thus far. My cleaner’s name was Vanessa, the cleaning was efficient and not painful, uncomfortable at most sometimes.
