Be a patient Patient! The process is approximately 3 hours. Plan ahead by bringing a blanket or jacket. Scroll on your phone. Keep a good attitude so that you are pleasant to be around. The staff is very caring based on my experience and observation. The patients were pleasant except for that one exception (as expected). Dr. Samaniego is a totally competent and compassionate Oral surgeon. He took his time with me and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Marilyn was able to squeeze me in and the office was very clean 👍🏼

I want to first say I’m not the type to leave reviews on things but this office deserves one I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia I was very nervous but staff and nurses where able to help my nerves and made me feel comfortable and safe the doctor did an amazing job removing my wisdom teeth only took him maybe 20 mins to remove 3 teeth or at least it felt like it lol same day I felt like I never got anything done next day little pain but nothing where I had to take anything at all besides my antibiotics. Thank you guys for taking care of me and making me safe I recommend this place

I had such a great experience at Central Florida Institute of Oral Surgery & Dental Implants. From the consultation to the day of surgery, everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Samaniego and his team are exceptional. They explained everything step by step, answered all my questions, and the procedure itself was quick and painless. The staff was caring, comforting, and super efficient, and the office was clean and organized. If you are nervous about oral surgery, especially wisdom teeth removal, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them to anyone in Winter Park and the greater Orlando area!

I’m so thankful for Dr. Samaniego and all of his staff. They made me feel comfortable and at ease because I was very nervous about the surgery. I first had my consultation and then had another appointment to do the procedure. I’m really grateful that everything went well. All of the team helped me out so much! I would recommend this location to anyone who needs oral surgery and has a referral from their Primary Dentist🙏❤️

I definitely will not be coming back to this specific location, and I honestly cannot recommend it to anyone. I was going to the Institute of Oral Surgery in Winter Park/Orlando for a wisdom teeth extraction consultation. This would have been my first time having an extraction, so I am very particular when it comes to choosing who I trust to do this kind of work. Unfortunately, the staff — especially the woman I interacted with — was extremely and beyond unprofessional. I ended up arriving over an hour and a half earlier than my scheduled appointment time because I had called the office five times that morning starting around 7:00 AM when they opened, and nobody answered the phone. Every single time I called, it would pick up with a beep, but nobody was speaking. I needed to go there in person just to get the link to fill out my paperwork on my mobile device because I had accidentally deleted it off my phone. When I came inside, the woman I met was not warm at all. She did not say good morning to me. She was very dismissive from the start. I even told her that I had called this office five times and nobody answered, and she didn't apologize. She didn't say "I'm sorry for that experience" or anything of the sort. It was as if she was completely okay with what happened, and that was extremely off-putting to me. The way we interacted, it genuinely felt like she didn't even want to work there or be there. I tried to lighten the mood and make the conversation a bit easier when it came to filling out the paperwork, but she didn't seem to chuckle or respond to it at all. The tension stayed there between us, even though I was never rude or disrespectful toward her at any point. Honestly, I ended up having to leave because I felt very uncomfortable. If the staff — especially that specific woman — acts like that, then I can't even imagine how the oral surgeon may be. I'm not trying to judge him based off of her attitude, but it's a very big deal for me to be able to trust somebody when it comes to something like this, and when someone representing the office has an off-putting and rude demeanor, that trust is gone before I even meet the doctor. The staff needs to be more warm, kind, and polite. It is ridiculous that I had to call five times and nobody answered, and there was no accountability for it when I brought it up in person. This is definitely not a location that anybody needs to go to, in my personal opinion.

My son had 3 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The whole process has been a very positive experience - excellent communication, friendly doctor and staff, knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend this practice.

I can’t express my gratitude enough to the staff and Dr of this surgical dental office. I have had horrible experiences with dentist in the past which has caused me to be overly afraid and anxious when it comes to having to go to the dentist or have a procedure done. This office starting from consultation day made me feel calm and reassured that I would be in good hands. On consultation day the entire office ran with such efficiency and everyone definitely seem to know exactly what they were suppose to be doing and how it should be done. From the nurse being thorough with explaining exactly how surgery day would go and what to expect and the Dr being polite and explaining exactly what he was going to do and why I was in pain and how he was going to remove the tooth that was causing the pain. Even down to the office manager being so informative and getting me scheduled asap because I had been in pain so long. Although on surgery day it was a longer wait than expected, the staff still was absolutely amazing by apologizing for the wait and even offered for me to reschedule if I didn’t want to keep my appointment due to them running behind. I can’t remember her name but the lady who went over post op care with the beautiful curly hair was so Amazing and definitely made me and my mom feel like we were a family member she was caring for. I love her nurturing, kind and caring spirit. ( sorry for all the extra cuddles after recovery 🤦🏽‍♀️😂) Robbie who started my IV is definitely amazing at starting an IV with no pain and giving some great health and wellness advice was also 😊😊 This may be a long review but I just want others to know how great this Oral Surgery center treated me during both of my visits. Today is 1 day after my oral surgery and I can report I am doing very well with hardly any pain or swelling after having 3 teeth removed. If you are looking for a Oral surgeon this definitely the place to. I wish much success to everyone in this practice and God Bless

My son was scheduled for a consultation today to get his wisdom teeth extracted. We never made it to the consultation with the doctor. Our appointment was for 1:30 p.m. At 4:00 p.m., the entire waiting room had emptied out because people were rescheduling due to the ridiculous wait time. We were not seen at 4:00 p.m. because after seeing the way that patients were discharged, I did not feel this was a safe environment for my child. Please research and find another oral surgeon.

The staff and doctor really care about you here. I haven’t been treated this well at a dental office in a long time so I’m especially grateful to the front desk the manager, the paramedic, the doctor and everyone who assisted in the procedure. I have severe panic disorders and they couldn’t have treated me better. I’ll be looking into coming here for my implants
