The team is wonderful! I have been going to this office for years and every visit has been a pleasant one. The folks at the front desk, the hygienists, and the dentists are courteous, friendly, and professional. Strangely enough, I find myself looking forward to my appointments there.
Just wanted to let everybody know about their new policy. If it's been over 3 years you consider a new patient and they do not take MassHealth if you're a new patient.. It seems like I'm going to have to contact all the rest of my family members and other people that actually go to go see them and tell them that it is time for them to no longer go and visit this office. I was extremely happy with their services when they did accept my insurance and didn't have policies like they do now. It's a shame that it seems like they're going to lose a lot of business. And if it was up to me I would give them -0 negative Stars.. Google needs to fix that and give us an option of putting NO STAR.. I can see this office in the near future closing And don't bother responding to this message saying that you are sorry you've had a bad experience..
I’ve been going to this office since I was young, and they’ve always made me feel comfortable and cared for. The staff is kind, welcoming, and professional, and they truly take the time to explain everything and make sure you feel at ease during every visit. It’s rare to find a dentist you can trust for so many years, and I’m grateful for the care they’ve given me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients. Just come with time on your hands!
I had a great experience at this dental office! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Diana, the dental assistant, was amazing—she was kind, professional, and very informative throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease. The doctor was also very nice and made the experience even better. The whole team was friendly and attentive, and the office itself was clean and well-organized. I definitely recommend this place! :)
I went to this office for a cleaning the hygienist Deisy did a very thorough cleaning and made me feel comfortable, the assistants were very efficient and helpful and Dr Bhalla was very professional and friendly. I will be returning as this office for my next visit. I liked how the front desk knew everything about my insurance before I arrived and was able to let me know my coverage in detail. If you are looking for a real dental office and great care this is the best.
I have known Dr Bhalla throughout his professional career for more than 20 years. I have always found him to be very knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients and striving to give the best possible care and treatment possible for his patients. His East Boston office is filled with incredible staff from the front desk to assistants to the hygienists. Many thanks to his office for taking the time to complete all of my dental work in a single day due to my travel requirements last August. Making me comfortable and assisting with insurance processing was greatly appreciated. Clearly sharing the priorities for my care and knowing what needs to be done next will make my next visit easy.
