Central Valley Dentistry

I have been going to this office for over a year now. I recently had a couple of emergencies and was in horrific pain! Amber at the front desk was an absolute Angel and got me in and taken care of every time! She explained all the financials in detail and is truly a kind a caring person!! The office is extremely busy and the detractors should take that in to account.

Been a patient for just under 25 years and it's always a pleasure to be one. Dentists are professional and thier assistant is super knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. Front desk folks are always great to work with as well. The Hygienist is a different story (the best one). Megan is the reason I've stayed with the office for the entire time. She's an expert in front of experts and is just the best person to have for your teeth care.

So awhile back my mom called up to leave a message for the dentist. The receptionist, Amber, was extremely rude. She kept cutting her off and interrupting her and then had the audacity to say "don't be rude to me" after the 5th time she interrupted her. Kind of funny how now all the sudden when it was time for my appointment I had ZERO phone calls when normally I get at least 4 robo calls followed by a phone from the office. ZERO text message notifications when I'm normally blown up to let me know of my appointment. I got ZERO calls and ZERO texts. I removed my original post but then later was told by my mom that the office manager requested it to be removed. Well now it's time it goes back up. I've been going to this office for a very long time and everyone here deserves a 10/10 review. My hygienist is nothing short of an angel and I absolutely love her. Their dentists come and go but the dentists that did work on my mouth (aside from Dr T, former construction worker turned dentist) they have all been absolutely fabulous. Their receptionists at this location have been mediocre at best. Honey I don't care how long you have been working at your job. You are NOT the dentist and you're giving people, including myself, false information. The only person I want to hear from are the folks that had their fingers in my mouth. If I'm leaving a message for the dentist, your constant interruptions are very unprofessional and RUDE! I'm pretty sure I won't be notified AGAIN about my upcoming appointment. I'm pretty sure that the receptionist removed me and purposely did not call or attempt to get ahold of me in any way because of my previous review. If they think I'm paying a late fee, the receptionist can pay for that for not contacting me and purposely removing me from my text message notifications. I don't understand how companies can treat clients with such hostility then when we speak out about it are then, in turn, punished.

Amber calls & threatens to take my 91 year old mother to collections over $25. She insisted my mother give her debit card information over the phone. This is the 2nd time she has tried. Not once have I seen an invoice. When I try to explain..... I cannot get a word in edgewise. Amber is very rude! When I asked to speak with the Office Manager, she rudely says that's her. When I asked to speak with a Dentist, she hung up on me! No more Central Valley Dentistry!!

The secretary was very professional and helped me understand all I needed for my next procedure. The x-ray tecnicion was very good and did a great job with me. The dentist was very informative and helped me understand what options were available. This was a good visit.
