Dr. Long and all of the staff were truly amazing! I’ve never felt so comfortable and cared for at a dental office. They made a very painful situation so much better with their care. They took care of my dental concerns and I’m now pain free. Maria at the front desk was also very helpful and I felt like all of the staff truly cared about me as a person. I appreciate them all so very much!

Maria, Maddie, Megan, & Dr Long are some of the best people on the planet! Thankful to have such a trustworthy & patient dentist office that truly cares about their patient's. Central Valley made going to the dentist something to look forward to!

I highly recommend this practice. As someone who has had a horrible fear of dentists in the past I can honestly say these folks are amazing! Maria at the front desk, Caroline, Tatiana, Jordyn and Megan are all awesome! They make me feel Comfortable and safe. Dr Long and Dr Clifford are great too! If you’re looking for a compassionate, empathetic dental practice this is 100% the place to go!

All of the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my entire experience. They never failed to ask if we were okay in the chair. Carolin was wonderful and a breath of fresh air! Overall, Central Valley Dentistry is wholesome and welcoming place, filled with nothing but kindness as soon as you walk through the door.

I used this dental office about 3 years ago to get my wisdom teeth removed, and they were great back then. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was completely different. I went in because I was having mouth pain, but instead of focusing on the area that was actually bothering me, they seemed more concerned with pointing out every other issue. They told me I needed a cleaning, which is understandable, so I asked about pricing since I’m a 23 year old single mom without dental insurance. I was then quoted almost $1,000 for a cleaning and told that was the “discounted” price. After looking into it, I found that most other dental offices charge anywhere from $300–$500 for the same type of cleaning. What upset me the most was how the staff made me feel during the appointment. I felt judged for not being able to immediately afford the treatment plan they presented to me. I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but I left feeling embarrassed, unheard, and honestly disappointed. My original issue still wasn’t addressed, I’m still in pain, and I still don’t know what’s causing it. The whole experience felt more focused on money than patient care, and that was really discouraging.

I did have to cancel my appointment but I was impressed when I walked in the door. She asked how she could help she talked to me. Unlike most places her first question was not Where's your insurance card. I will be seeing them in the future I'm very comfortable in the building

I have been going to this office for over a year now. I recently had a couple of emergencies and was in horrific pain! Amber at the front desk was an absolute Angel and got me in and taken care of every time! She explained all the financials in detail and is truly a kind a caring person!! The office is extremely busy and the detractors should take that in to account.

Amber calls & threatens to take my 91 year old mother to collections over $25. She insisted my mother give her debit card information over the phone. This is the 2nd time she has tried. Not once have I seen an invoice. When I try to explain..... I cannot get a word in edgewise. Amber is very rude! When I asked to speak with the Office Manager, she rudely says that's her. When I asked to speak with a Dentist, she hung up on me! No more Central Valley Dentistry!!
