Adrienne made my visit really pleasant. She is very skilled at what she does - her hand is light when cleaning, and she works very efficiently. I have been with the Centrum Dental office since 1996 and just relocated close to Barrie ON. After a short time with Dr. John Odai, Dr. Yamen Ghamian took over my care which has been of the highest calibre over the years; his communication on procedures and focus on comfort have been appreciated. Thank you also to Dr. Tamara Erak for the recent short notice procedure that she conducted with same excellence and professionalism I've experienced over the years. Dental Assistants have also always been friendly and accommodating. My primary Hygienists Carla and Kim have been top notch in conducting care and coaching on dental health. The front office staff and Lisa have always been friendly, courteous, and responsive. I will miss the Centrum Dental team and recommend this office to anyone in search of an exceptional level of care and patient experience.
From my very first visit, I felt warmly welcomed. Dr. Tamara Erak and her assistant Jing made me feel completely at ease with their professionalism and kindness. The entire process was very thorough and comfortable—they patiently explained every step, which helped me relax with no pressure at all. The clinic is also very clean and well-organized, creating a sense of trust and comfort. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and caring service. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Yamen and his team! They removed one of my molars and also did a filling on another tooth and I barely felt a thing. Dr. Yamen is truly professional, and his assistant Amani was also amazing. I didn’t even feel pain from the anesthesia injection! I’m often nervous at any doctor’s office, but their kindness and expertise made all the difference. I even continue visiting them from Gatineau! Also, a big thank you to Abdulrahman, the dental assistant I met on my first visit, he was so friendly. Plus, the reception staff were wonderful. I’m really grateful to my friends Maha and Neveen for recommending Dr. Yamen. I highly recommend this clinic!
I had four fillings done today and it was genuinely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m usually quite anxious about dental appointments but Dr. Tamara Erak and her dental assistant Abi were incredibly calming, supportive, and kind from start to finish. They were also so personable and made me feel completely comfortable, and I never once felt embarrassed about my dental issues, which meant a lot. They took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in with me often, and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. It honestly felt more like a calm and well cared for experience than a stressful procedure, which I didn’t think was possible. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out, and I’m so grateful to have found a team that makes dental visits feel this positive. Highly recommend!!!
