This was a Groupon for teeth cleaning and they did a fantastic job The doctor himself did the work it's very happy with this whole procedure everything was low-key and nice

Unfortunately on our first appointment due to an unplanned traffic jam we arrived at the clinic 20 mins late and because we had failed to phone in Janet's appointment had been cancelled. However the office staff with the doctor's approval considered what had transpired and reinstated the appointment and after a short wait Dr Shawn Saidian examined Janet's teeth and Xrays were taken. Summing up our experience we have nothing but good to say regarding the office staff and Dr Shawn Saidian at Century City Smiles & Orthodontics.

My experience here was amazing! I came in for a whitening and also brought my son for a cleaning. The dentist and staff here went above and beyond especially for my little guy. He needed an emergency extraction and the dentist talked both my son and I through the experience. Something that could’ve been extremely traumatic to remedy was done seamlessly and no pain to my son. Experiences like this remind me that we are all truly one. Very special professional and supportive office. Highly recommend. From a first time experience to definitely only coming here for my dental needs moving forward! ✨✨

Best Dentist in Los Angeles! I arrived and was promptly welcomed and checked in. The front desk staff is so helpful, professional and organized. The x-rays were ez, quick and comfortable. The hygenist did an Amazing job cleaning my teeth. He was thorough, informative and gentle. The Dr. greeted me on the way in and out. It was a fantastic experience and I will return soon for Orthodontic services.

The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. Normally, a visit to the dentist is unbearable stressful and concerning. I have had some terrifying and absolutely horrific experiences with several dentists in the past. Dr. Shawn and the technician (sorry I forget his name) put me at ease immediately, while fostering a degree of trust and a sense of safety. My next appointment has already been scheduled.

Dr. Shawn is the best! He's caring, knowledgable, and I'm always at ease in his office. The cost of services is very competitive and fair. His staff are awesome as well, and make for an overall excellent patient experience.

I've been seeing Dr. Saidian for over 6 years, and I'll never change dentists! Even when I moved an hour away, I chose to stay with him! Dr. Saidian shows an uncommonly human and sincere concern for his patients, and his team is great, starting with the friendly front-desk staff, and especially also his hygienist Pedro, who has the gentlest touch! The cleanings always are easy-going, and the Doc saved my life from a world of pain twice now when I managed to crack teeth. I just began ortho work with Dr. Tania and she's also very friendly and easy to talk to. She's been very patient with all my questions (and I always have A LOT.) Thank you Dr. Saidian and team!!
