Chandler Dental Center

My son had appointment for 2:30 pm and we didn't see a dentist until hour and half later. Before this it took 45 minutes to change his old dentist to Brident. I was only doing this because I wanted something closer to home. I'm wonder if this was a wise decision. My son had braces done here but we never waited this long. Plus, I did all his new patient paperwork on line so I could avoid this.

Love this place! Dr. Mack is awesome and thorough. Everyone is kind, professional and easy going. I've had emergencies over a weekend and although they weren't able to see me until Monday, the sheer fact they reached out through text meant alot. They have done great work with my teeth overall and I look forward to continuing my checkups here!

I have to say Ada and Dr. Chrysalis Heinkel A BIG THANK YOU! Yall saved my life. Not only were they great to work with they are genuinely down-to-earth people that operate with such great professionalism! Dr Heinkel performed an extraction that nobody else would do in such short notice. I was so close to going into septic shock! They literally saved me- can't thank them enough. And yeah, they are going to be my go-to for regular visits from now on.

Service is a lost craft, With that being said I must say Diana and her team are the best in the industry. This starts with leadership at the top and down to the very reception that welcome you. Thank you Dr and Diana and the entire staff for my unforgettable experience. You have gained my trust and bussines. Such a pleasant place for your all your dental needs

I came into the office to see Amber for a routine cleaning and checkup. She did an amazing job—very friendly and made the cleaning extremely comfortable. It turned out that I did have a cavity, and when I went to schedule my filling, they were able to get me in the same day with Dr. Heinkel. She was great and explained each step of the procedure as she went, which made the experience even better.

My Mom is a nursing home resident who was referred here for some dental work. Dr. Mac (Mackaron) and all staff members were amazing! Highly recommend. Dental health/care and prevention does not always happen for nursing home residents w/o advocates, or until there is pain. Thank you, Dr. Mackaron and staff, for your kindness, compassion, and patience w/my Mom 👏💖

I had a great experience at this office. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the visit was smooth from start to finish. Amber was my dental assistant and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained what was happening, checked in often, and genuinely cared about my experience. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend this office, especially if you get the chance to work with Amber.

Shout out to Dr Mac and Aida. Husband had tooth pulled and experienced no pain! awesome job ladies. Highly recommended for dentalphobics!

I can’t recommend this practice enough! Everyone is amazing! But Dr Mack takes the 5 stars with us. She has seen both of my kids and she is so sweet and amazing. Thank you so much, we will forever keep coming back!
