Dr. Beier is one of the most down to Earth, reasonable and trust worthy dentists I have ever experienced, which was a relief and incredible after my heart breaking experience with another local dentist who has no desire to be reasonable or listen to what a person needs versus what they want for thousands of dollars. I had a dental trauma while scuba diving and needed a short notice dental exam in Payson ASAP (my dentist is in Texas and I was not planning to be back there for months). Colleen was able to get me an appointment the first thing the next day. X rays revealed my situation and a referral was made on the spot. Dr Beier's exam was thorough and he clearly explained my situation and how best to proceed. Dr Beier and his entire staff were so friendly and caring beyond expectation for a "non-patient". All kudo's for him and his office!

They pay attention to your needs and have a great sense of humor. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Ten years later and Charles Beier and his staff still amaze me! Dr Beier completed major work on my upper front teeth, replacing some bad fillings and a yellow poorly done bridge from years ago. Eight total front teeth. My teeth now look amazing! Not only are they now beautifully white, but the poorly shaped teeth from the previous bridge are corrected and look wonderful and balanced. Besides through the entire experience, Dr Beier and his staff made the entire procedure painless, even during the novocaine injections in three locations. Thank you, Dr Beier, for giving me back a happy, beautiful smile!
