Dr. Keith done a great job today. I was running behind, thinking my appointment was later and he was still able to complete my root canal. It was a pain free experience, I I highly recommend this location.
Dr. Joe and his assistant are AMAZING. They work together so well, often not even needing to communicate verbally, just passing tools back and forth like an intricate dance. I was so scared about getting my first root canal and it was 100% pain free. They made sure I was good and numb, even the novacaine needle didn't hurt thanks to the numbing ointment before that. The actual procedure was over in an hour, they wasted no time. Dr Joe was great about explaining each step and telling me what was going on. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I felt no pain and dropped off sleeping several times during a root canal. I couldn't believe it! So I never thought I would be giving a review on a root canal! But let me tellllll y'all! I got my 1st root canal EVER at Charlotte endodontics a few weeks ago and Dr.Byun made this process literally almost completely painless...lol I hate shots BTW. (Who doesn't?) ...his front office stay Kelsey and Robin are so sweet and always willing to answer questions as I definitely had a lot of them! Dr. Byun made sure to explain everything he was doing as I initially came in for a TMJ issue that turned out to be a abscess. They saved my tooth and my beautiful smile and he literally called me the day after my procedure to check on me and if I was in any pain. YALL MY MOUTH WASNT EVEN SORE.! not even from the shots...I am amazed and very grateful at how truly caring his entire staff is. They are so personable if anyone needs a root canal I would definitely without a doubt recommend this practice.
