Idk this place should be shut down or get new employees these people dont even answer their phone calls NEVER!

Very professional and promptly helped by the staff here. Even though the area around the location is rough the clinic itself is clean and up to par with every urgent care location you would expect.

Bait and switch tactics. Promised the ability to pay out of pocket & provided pricing. Attend the actual appointment and I need proof of “unemployment” to qualify for self pay because they want to run my info through the insurance system to see if I qualify. Of course I qualify I can’t AFFORD it!!! Which is why I am choosing to self pay. Avoid this place and get quality care elsewhere.

The clinic itself isn’t bad; the issue lies with some of the staff. One employee I encountered would use profanity in front of patients in the waiting area and often acted as if she were superior to everyone else. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I try not to be too harsh, and I often wonder whether these issues stem from poor supervision or a lack of accountability. However, there is no excuse for treating patients with disrespect. At times, it felt as though some staff members looked down on people who were struggling financially, which is both disappointing and hypocritical. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy shown by certain employees left a very negative impression.

Dental was supposed to send a referral to uccon for immediate surgery. Uccon never received it. Now charter oak dental will not answer any phones calls. Ive called 38 times in the past 5 days. This is ridiculous. Fire the secretary at this point. Is is inexperience or negligence?

For a long time now, I and many other patients have been unable to reach this facility by phone. Calls repeatedly go unanswered, and there is no reliable way to speak to a staff member regarding appointments, documentation, or urgent questions. This is not an isolated incident. Numerous patients have reported the same exact problem in the Google reviews, and the pattern is very clear. This is extremely concerning for a healthcare provider. Patients depend on being able to communicate with their clinic, and the current situation makes it feel nearly impossible to get basic support or assistance. Do better.

I go to the women's health office here. I love the office and the staff. The only reason I have 4 stars though is because it's rare to get someone to answer the phone and they don't have a voicemail because it's full. But any questions I have or meds that I need they are very helpful and it's nice that the staff remembers my name when I go

Absolutely the worst experience. The nurse and receptionist were very kind. The doctor did not offer any actual help or any prescription for my pink eye. He did not give an exam. Unbelievable. I am glad to donate to the others but I was looking for actual medical attention and DID NOT revive any care. It’s urgent, but no care was provided.

So many years, & this clinic is still pathetically unprofessional. It doesn't matter what department I try to call, no one there knows how to pick up the phone. I've been trying for days to call on behave of my mother just to reschedule an appointment, & to request refills, & I can't even get in touch with the operator. These people play with patients medical issues like it's a joke. The worst clinic I ever dealt with. I'll be transferring all her medical needs elsewhere.
