Chelsea Pediatric Dentistry

What a great team at Chelsea Pediatric Dentistry. They thought of everything to make kids experience to the dentist fun. My 3 year old was very afraid before her appointment but left wanting to come back. They even provide little ones with a toy after their visit. The office is very clean and run very efficient. We did not wait more than 5 mins for our appointment. I’m so glad there are places like this! They do the impossible, making the dentist visit fun!!

The place is spotless, the procedures they give my daughter are fine, and the reception staff is excellent. However, the staff (assistants and dentists—both have treated me) should be more mindful of their biases and stereotypes. On repeated occasions, I've been asked if I'm my daughter's "nanny" (even though I haven't said anything more than a greeting...). The dentists respond to my questions with monosyllables, while when my husband arrives, they explain everything in detail, looking him straight in the eye, without him even asking. The last time, I told my husband I would consider finding a place where we're all treated well. Finally, I had the opportunity to visit a dentist elsewhere with my daughter, who agreed that she has very good oral hygiene, but proceeded to clean the small stains that have formed on her teeth.

I always love coming here. Everyone is kind, patient, and answer all our questions. My kids have been going here since they were babies. We love it.

The team at Chelsea Pediatric Dentistry is outstanding. They are on time. They patient with my child letting him take his time to be comfortable. And they are succinct and adroit in all of the procedures. We couldn’t ask for a better pediatric dentist office!!

The entire team is phenomenal, attentive, caring, understanding, and truly exceptional when it comes to both children and parents. We have always felt so well cared for and supported. We have had such a wonderful experience with Chelsea Pediatric Dentistry over the years! My son and daughter have both been coming here for years, and we continue to be incredibly happy with the care they receive. From the moment we walk through the door, we are always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The team is organized, professional, and incredibly efficient; we are consistently seen quickly, which as a busy parent, I truly appreciate! I also love that they send links to complete any necessary paperwork ahead of the appointment. It makes check-in so easy and helps the entire visit run smoothly. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful with children. They create such a comfortable, positive environment and take the time to make sure the kids feel at ease. Everyone is patient, kind, attentive, and takes the time to explain what they are doing, which makes such a difference. The office is always clean and welcoming, appointments are well managed, and we never feel rushed when it comes to our children's care. We are so grateful to have found Chelsea Pediatric Dentistry and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other families.

We love Chelsea Pediatric Dentistry! The staff are so kind and helpful, and make our children feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Yassmin is absolutely wonderful and gentle with the kids, and explains everything so clearly to them + to the parents. Our kids actually look forward to their dentist visits! Would highly recommend!

Dr. Loren is absolutely the best. She was a referral from our pediatrician and my 2 young children could not be in better hands under her care. She is kind, patient, explains things very well both to the children and the parents, and is extremely helpful in providing advice or answering any questions I have about their teeth. The practice facility is also beautiful and pristine. The rest of the staff is also very caring and excellent. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist and are always excited for their cleaning. We have been going to Dr. Loren for over 3.5 years now and my kids’ teeth are in excellent condition because of her guidance and care. We highly recommend her!

Both my kids walked out in tears from this place. Dr Lauren has literally told the assistant while she brutally cleaned my kids teeth "hurry up, you need to just get through this, 4 kids in 20 minutes". My other daughter had a busted lip afterwards, they did not bother to use ointment. This is a ridiculous assembly line for profit that has scared both my kids of dentistry. Hope it helps the other moms by reading this.

My son is autistic, and dental appointments can sometimes be challenging, but the entire staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding of his needs. They took their time, explained everything, and never made us feel rushed. Their kindness and compassion made a huge difference, and my son had a positive experience because of it. We are so grateful for the care they provided and highly recommend this office to families with children who have special needs.

Wished adult dentist practices were like this! My kid has been going here ever since he had to start going to the dentist. They’re excellent at calming kids down and they get a toy after the visit. Good at scheduling, and I love the text feature.
