Edit: Dr. Melissa Stroup worked with me to get a new fitting nightguard. She has a very calming presence and I would recommend her! I'm frustrated with the care I received here for a custom night guard. Two years ago, I paid hundreds of dollars for a guard that was supposed to be made for my mouth. It adds 4mm of plastic between my teeth, so thick that I cannot physically close my lips or relax my jaw while wearing it, which has made sleeping in it impossible. Every time I told them this, I was told to "just get used to it" and was treated as the problem for not wearing it. I brought it in twice for “adjustment” but it did not help. No one seriously considered that the guard itself might be the issue. 4mm is much thicker than a typical night guard, and that isn't something you adjust to. I did not know this because Cherry Creek medical staff continued to tell me that it was my fault. After two years of raising my concerns, I asked for a remake today. It took over 15 minutes of explaining before the tech agreed. She then told the doctor I want a remake and wouldn't wear the guard because "she knows herself," as if this were a personal preference. I don't wear it because it doesn't fit and it's UNCOMFORTABLE but the blame was put onto me (again). On top of that, they told me they couldn't find my original scans and would call me once they did. The staff here are genuinely kind, which is why I kept giving them another chance. But I don't feel heard or treated as a whole patient.

This is an exceptional team in a beautiful and wonderfully maintained office. Sincerely, every detail of my urgent visit was not just above and beyond my past experiences at other clinics but so clearly and thoughtfully designed by a group of people who care about their patients and enjoy where they work! Dr. Stroup and everyone in the office made an anxiety filled day a pleasant afternoon. Thank you all! I am actually looking forward to a follow up / cleaning here. If you’re looking for a dental group catering to comfort, with great tech, proficiency, professionalism, and follow-through. This is the place.

I original came here looking for a dentist for my husband that deals with dental anxiety. They were fantastic with him so I started coming here. I ABSOLUTELY love it here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They also have many options and patience for people with dental anxiety. Will definitely keep coming back here!!

I had an exceptional experience at my dentist office. The entire staff, including Jesus, was friendly, professional, and attentive, and they mademe feel comfortable from start to finish. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this office to anybody looking for a welcoming And trustworthy dental team.

Ive been coming here for a while now and have had such positive experiences with all the dental staff. Lately ive been seeing Dr. Stroup and also Jesus for things like a crown and also emergency dental work. The scheduling team is wonderful and were able to get me an appt super short notice, and the dental work received here is always phenomenal. So grateful to have found this dental group!

I love Cherry Creek Dental Group. The entire staff is really nice, the dental staff in particular make sure that each dental visit I have is comfortable for me. They ensure that every procedure is explained clearly and make sure I’m on board with whatever plan needs to be in place to make sure all of my dental needs are met. Extremely caring dental office, I would definitely recommend them to family, friends or just anyone looking for a spectacular dental office.

The service was great. But I was charged 20% for a cleaning when the procedure code on the dental insurance website clearly states that it is covered 100% and was told that it has been claimed from the insurance company and if they give money back, I will get a refund/credit. I do not understand why I was charged anything?

Dr. David very nice. First cleaning I ever had where I didnt get a polish at the end.
