Don’t bother coming here if you don’t have insurance. I wasted money on their “smile” discount plan just to be told I would need to pay $1,200 just for a cleaning! Who in their right mind is paying that lol. I’ll be going to comfort dental, with their discount plan you get your cleanings for free.

Had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon today and when I got there they told me their office was closed. They never tried to contact me to let me know and so I left work early just to fin out that I wouldn't have an appointment. This is after I received a confirmation email the day before so I had no reason to believe the appointment wouldn't happen. This is not the first time that this place has cancelled on me and then been difficult to reschedule with. Supper unprofessional, rude and disappointing

I thought at first this dentist had my best health in mind, but over the years I came to understand they are a money grab. I actually caught them committing insurance fraud. They tried charging my insurance company for services they never completed at the time of the visit. When I called the insurance, they said they usually trust providers to send the correct billing over and don't verify anything. When I called this dentist to confront them about charging for services not done, they were like "oh, I can take it off there" and never actually explained why they did it. They tried telling me I can get X-rays whenever I want no problem, despite charging for X-rays to insurance. They charged insurance for advanced perio treatments that they never actually gave me. This place is sketchy and I feel doesn't have your best health interests at heart.

Was told I was put on a callback list two weeks ago have still not heard from the office manager. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. It took a whole entire year to fix a bridge in my mouth and now it’s taking three months for them to compensate me like they said they would. Their office has gone downhill ever since that one male office manager who always used to call and double call to remind people that their appointments and he was always the one at the front desk when you first walked in, ever since he left their system has gone to pieces. Hopefully this review can get the attention of the current office manager, and she will be calling me this week. Lauren R.

This place does not respect my time and expected me to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Then at my rescheduled appointment, they said I have to get half of my X-rays every 6 months instead of all of them once a year, which is ridiculous. X-rays are painful for me and cause a lot of anxiety. There's no reason I should have to get them every appointment when I could just get them once a year like every other place I've ever been to in my entire life.

Very trustworthy group of office staff and medical staff. Very friendly atmosphere and they accept most Dental Insurances. Would recommend 100%.

Thorough, good at communicating the issues and options for next steps, were good with my dental anxiety. Have a laid back vibe to them. Dr Andy and Hunter are great!
