Cherry Creek Modern Dentistry

Was told I was put on a callback list two weeks ago have still not heard from the office manager. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. It took a whole entire year to fix a bridge in my mouth and now it’s taking three months for them to compensate me like they said they would. Their office has gone downhill ever since that one male office manager who always used to call and double call to remind people that their appointments and he was always the one at the front desk when you first walked in, ever since he left their system has gone to pieces. Hopefully this review can get the attention of the current office manager, and she will be calling me this week. Lauren R.

This place does not respect my time and expected me to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Then at my rescheduled appointment, they said I have to get half of my X-rays every 6 months instead of all of them once a year, which is ridiculous. X-rays are painful for me and cause a lot of anxiety. There's no reason I should have to get them every appointment when I could just get them once a year like every other place I've ever been to in my entire life.

Very trustworthy group of office staff and medical staff. Very friendly atmosphere and they accept most Dental Insurances. Would recommend 100%.

Thorough, good at communicating the issues and options for next steps, were good with my dental anxiety. Have a laid back vibe to them. Dr Andy and Hunter are great!

Was a little Nervous about visiting a new office, however the team here welcomed me and made my visit 10 out of 10. Dr Andy was east going, made me feel comfortable, Yesenia his assistant was amazing and Tori up front was great. Very kind people. Highly recommend

A special shoutout to Tori—she was incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear she really cares about patients and goes the extra mile. Dr Jordan Sherman was amazing. He took the time to explain my options to me and was very gentle through the whole procedure. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. Given a root canal can be an awful experience, this was the best care I could hope for. Thank you Dr. Sherman and team!

I have been visiting CC Modern Dentistry for years. I am one of those freaks who loves to have their teeth cleaned. So I am in at least 3 times a year. Big thanks to Manish and Dr. Andy. Speedy, professional, and we even get a good laugh or two. What more could you ask… even if it is still the dentist.

Got my 6 month cleaning today with Manish. He did a great job getting rid of all the staining on my teeth as I am a big coffee and tea drinker. He was gentle and I had zero sensitivity and no pain whatsoever. 10 out of 10!

Dr. Nguyen and Trinity were great! I had a pretty terrible dental experience before but coming to them put all my worries at ease. I highly recommend. They explained what all the costs would be up front and broke everything down for me. They were also a very efficient office.

I had another exceptional experience today at Cherry Creek Modern Dentistry. My whole care team including Yesenia trinity Joseph and DK were so caring and kind. They made sure I was never in pain during my appointment and continued to check in as the procedure went to make sure I was feeling okay (afraid of dentists). I really appreciate that they talked me through everything and made sure I was entirely informed about every step of the process
